Anyone get passwords for calgary edmonton saskatoon or regina mailed from live nations... I signed up but still nothing...

Next, please select 'My Live Nation' and click 'continue'. You will then have the option to login or 'Join Now!' Please select 'Join Now!' and fill out all of the requested information in order to create your My Live Nation account. Please be aware that you will only receive Artist Alerts regarding artists that you have added to your favorites. If you have not added an artist to your favorites, you will not receive presale updates for that artist. My favorite cult album is actually the "the cult" album they put out in 1994... extremely underrated in my mind. I also really enjoyed "beyond good and evil" but really all their albums rock hard... not such a fan of the the last one though

Anyone who sings 90% of their lines through a vocoder doesn't deserve to be called a 'musician'....

But I always thought that beneath the dirty guitars, nintendo sounding loops, shredding guitars, and computer fart noises that better was just a really fucking wikkid song... a songwriters song. Neil Young once said if you can't play the song with just an acoustic guitar and your voice it isn't a good song... I agree. Better is a great song.

Wow thanks guys... I wasn't sure if I'd get slaughtered on the forums for covering it. So thanks so much for the feedback.

I met Axl after the last night of the Hammerstein shows... we hung out behind the venue on the third night and over heard the tour manager tell someone where they might be going after the show but the people i was with decided to not go because it was too late.. so i went back to my hotel. The next morning I wake up and check my email... the girls I was with did go to the club and hung out with the band but told me they might go back to the same club the following night. So we stood outside the club (it was private and they wouldn't let us in) and then low and behold we see a familiar SUV show up a block down. We check it out and sure enough there was axl and the rest of the guys. So we just went into the club. Met Bumble, baz, and tommy. We left axl alone as we didn't want to annoy him but he was literally 5 feet away from me all night. I could hear all his conversations. Then the bouncer told the whole club where axl was going and he got PISSED. He said "this fucking club has been bullshit all night. Why the fuck is that asshole telling everyone where I'm going". Then he stormed out. NOt wanting to miss our chance we followed him out. He spent about 15 min talking to some chick and then started making a B line for the SUV. I thought "this is my last chance" so I just went up to him and said "hey axl would you mind grabbing a pic". He snapped out of his grouchy mood and was really sweet.

"sure, that would be cool"

Grabbed the photo, shook hands, thanked him for the 4 awesome shows, and said the new material was the best music I'd heard in 15 years. He was very gracious and nice.

I nearly shit my pants when I went to look at the photo and my camera was dead. It wasn't until I flew home and charged up the camera I knew for sure I actually got the photo. I was fucking surreal coming from a small city in canada to new york for the shows and then actually meeting axl my last night... fucking crazy, still can't believe it happened

When are people going to stop with the reunion bullshit already. The only reunion of the original line up we are ever going to see is inside a court house.

God... it could come out that axl hired a hit on slash and duff, and still people would be throwing out rumors of a reunion.

The hit could be sucessful and the headlines would read " reunion planned for summer, with the spirit of Slash and duff reincarnated in the bodies of Bobby Doll, and Mick Mars"

Give it the fuck up already, they are not getting back together now or ever.

Well one thing he's not doing is rehearsing with his fucking band Huge comeback tour in less than two months and the band hasn't all been in the same room together since nov 2002.... great

He'd be 15 years with no original music, a band where no one hangs out with each other, and werdio recluse in the eyes of the public...

Everything is pointing to another disappointing summer for gnr fans. no album, poor performances...

It makes no sense to me. Axl has spent all this time trying to prove that he can still make gnr modern and relevant and not just a gnr cover band with the original singer... yet he did 2002 and now it looks like another tour without a new album. Can we say hyprocrite??

Either become a nostalga act, or release a fucking album. but don't get pissed off when people say your nothing but a cover nostalga act when you don't release any new material in 15 years.

Prove it axl.

If he goes on tour without a new album he is screwed. If he plays new material, the live performance may not give the crowd the true essence of how the song should be heard, plus takes the mystery out of the long awaited album.... which equals bad crowd response and bad press.

If he plays mostly old tunes. He will get the same labels as 2002 'axl's traveling circus cover show'. the press will say he's clinging to the past, its not gnr etc etc

Either way bad press, and reviews will make axl hide under merck's skirt and run back to la, to spend another 10 years and 10 million dollars 'putting the finishing touches' on the album that will never come out.

Fuck just give axl and slash some boxing gloves and lets get this feud over with once and for all. Who ever knocks the other out first gets control of the back catologue... my money is on axl

i completely agree.... that whole minute and a bit of material should be shelved..otherwise 'better' is a waste of a potentially hit single

when axl gives an offical release date then and only then will i stop downloading leaks.... until then i'll take what i can get.
