    That's a man who has been through A LOT.  So sad, such a wonderful artist with so much potential, a multi-millionaire who could have had anything or anyone he wanted in life, to see him all broke into pieces like this breaks my heart.

    Yeah, felt the same. It was even worst than any of us can imagine. Sadly, that's the reason for the "lost years".

    More rasp than you'd think for this time period - Rio suffered from a terrible sound mix and this revealed his voice wasn't that bad at all

    I wonder what was going on with the audio drop outs that were replaced with the old audience recording - guessing either the master tape of the show had deteriorated or this leak was from a VHS dupe

    I think we will eventually get a better copy. This seems higly compressed by someone not wanting to share the "full experience" with everyone. If this is coming from a tape well, sound should be at least way much better. But compression is the problem here.

    I'm so happy this is finally out!! All of it!!

    This show for me is like a dream coming true and a cold water bucket. I still can't understand what happened around that era. It was PERFECT for 2001-2002-2003-2004 and so on. Industrial rock was on every movie soundtrack, there was also this kind of hard electronic bands like The Prodigy and KMFDM was evolving and sounding amazing. So, it was really the timing for putting Chinese Democracy out there, with this band. We could also been able to see three records on that very same decade. So, what the hell happened???

    I mean, it's refreshing even today, 17 years later!!! Imagine 2001 with Rock In Rio, Chinese Democracy released and then this show as a DVD and live album!!! Then another record released on 2003 and maybe other around 2006. What a waste!!!

    The show is amazing in many ways: it shows us how the band sounded right after all the "rumours era" but, mostly, a very deeply touched Axl, happy and sad at the same time, with some anger being exorcised on the stage. It is explosive my friends, just explosive!

    2010 was a great year for Axl's vocals.  The pro-shot of this concert is pretty cool.   

    I would love to remaster the audio and being able to share it but who knows, maybe someday. In the meantime i think this is a great show, i attended to 2010 show in Argentina and Axl voice was way too low in the mix so this is like a sweet revenge XD

    It’s not bitching though. I mean, we all want Axl to succeed. Most of the people here have seen atleast one NITL show. His voice deteriorated and that’s a fact. We’re just poiting out, that’s not bitching.

    And that's why i told you about not pointing you with my post man, you have a point and that's fine. Some others write with hate burning inside and i really don't know why. But, again, it was not about you.

    I'm the first to complain about the need of new music and how the band seems to waste time since 1991, i can understand if you go to see them like 5 times and the setlist is the same but the voice issue is another world for me at least. We all know Axl had, has and will have problems with the way he sings, just because it is not natural. I remember my uncle, big fan of AC/DC ponting back in 1993 that Axl was going to burn his voice. It is nothing new! We all need to leave the man do what he can and be happy if we get new music. That's all about a R&R band, they're not going to change the world, they're not going to save us, they're just a band and in art matters we can speak to some point before becoming little monsters asking for something we will never get. 

    2016 was ok, he sounded good but we need to remember that even back in 2016 there was many people bitching about M. Mouse!!! That's why i explode sometimes, just makes me sick to see how some people just can't understand that Axl is making 3-4 hours show and that has a cost, like everything in life.

    That's all dude, and i'm not wrong, you have your truth, i have mine.

    Hey, can't really believe all the hate here.

    It makes me wonder: let's say someone is watching you everyday at work, not your boss, not someone who knows about your work (quite de opposite, btw), and then you recieve a mountain of shit from that person, just because is an spectator and he doesn't like the way you talk, you walk or anything else!!! What would you do?

    Stop bitching about a man who's doing what he can. Obviously he is not the same 1993 Axl, WERE YOU THE SAME IN 1993?

    I can understand discussing setlist, wishing new songs and analizing music but: the man can sing, not as well as 20 years ago, but he is there and you are here because HE IS THERE. So stop bitching and get a life.
