I haven't heard it, but I can imagine that it's shit, like everything else they've done.

Not true, they got some great songs, I still listen to their

"Come Out and Play" album and "You Can't Stop Rock'n Roll"

every once in a while. If they weren't a so called "hair band",

people would appreciate them more.

If they didn't dress like women people would appreciate them more...

There are loads of bands that I would like better if they sounded different. It's their sound I don't like, not the genre. I like Mötley Crüe and Skid Row for example. ;)

I invite anyone to listen to anything besides songs from

their album "Stay Hungry"That is all people seem to know from them.

As for the Xmas album, it was nice that someone in the hard rock

scene took the time to do it for a change, like them or not, at least

they have BALLS!

So now I've heard Have yourself a merry little Christmas. I liked it, but it would have been much better without the silly beginning and the goofy talking. Another thing that would have been great would have been if they skipped the "hey ho, lets go" part. It makes me cringle. But the fist song was alot better then I had expected. The second has been going for 2 minutes now, and it seems to be shit.

So, now I've heard the second and it was, as I said, shit.

So, now I've heard White Christmas. Nothing special. Just another cover of the song. It sounded as expected. Exactly as they usually does, but with his voice.

I'll Be Home For Christmas seems to be pretty good.

Silver Bells seems to be okey. Nothing I would listen to again, but it's better then 99% of the other TS songs I've heard. I've only heard on half so far though, so that might change.

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus seems pretty much the same as with Silver Bells. It's okey, but nothing more.

Have only heard a minute of Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow, but I can already now say that it's shit.

Deck The Halls is shit too.

The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire) is shit too.

Heavy Metal Christmas (The Twelve Days Of Christmas) is shit too. Does he think he's funny while he is holding his nose while he sings?

We Wish You A Twisted Christmas isn't much to say anything about, huh?

A picture from Last.fm to prove that I have listen to it.

So I thought it was better then expected. 4 songs that I didn't think sucked. But I'll never listen to this album again.

Exactly. This is not for you if you want to hear an excellent composition. If Twisted Sister made movies instead of music, they'd make National Lampoon's movies. If you talk about how the music isn't very good...well.... duh. That's half the point. I guess you just don't get it. Now, they certainly have made some "good bad music" that's better than some of their other "good bad music." But if there are no Twisted Sister songs that make you smile, then you have a stick up your ass.

I bought it last year. It is what it is. It's not supposed to be taken too seriously. It actually sold twice what the expected sales were.

Wow, a whole FOUR copies? :tongue2:

Nah kiddin, I own it, and like it. Seems strange to listen to it at times other than Christmas though

Aye, a fair few more - I think I bought two, one for me and one for a buddy.

Sure they'll be in the $5 bin in Best Buy by now.

I saw them live in N.Y at the fillmore when they were promoting there album. They were okay but Dee is an asshole. After the show my cousins and I wait for the bands to come out of the building. I didnt care for TS, but I really wanted to see Joey Belladona, from Anthrax. He was a cool guy and we talked for a while. Then when the TS came out, theyre was at least 7 people out and he refused to sign anyhting and went into his H2. I did get my vinyl "Were not gonna take it " single signed by the guitarist with the black hair. He was the biggest dick because I tried to talk to him and he blew smoke in my face.

Not to change the subject or anything, but I just heard a version of

"Santa Claus is Coming to Town" by Dokken, that flat out ROCKS!

I know Dokken is unpopular on this board, and they suck real bad,

and Don Dokken is a whining, annoying singer, bla bla bla

BUT check it out, if it wasn't released material, I would post a link,

but I can't, just listen to it , it's awesome, it sounds like their

"Back From the Attack" sound. (their best album IMO).
