Leeds Festival Tips

Hello, im new to festivals, and was wondering if any of you have festival experience, you could give me some tips on things. Like how to get near to the front for the GnR Set? and how much money ill need for food/drink etc. and any other general tips, Thanks guys.

Food and drink you will find is pretty expensive once you get on site (normally 4 quid for a pint), but if you are camping for the weekend then you can always stock up on supplies in your tent or car.

As for getting to the front for Guns, well you could wait there all day or take a chance and try and push your way to the front nearer the time they are on, which is what I normally used to do, in between sets people normally relax a little so you have space to do this.

Yhh, Cheers. im just there for the sunday so, i shall probably go to the front before queens of the stone age come on. anybody with any other tips?
