It's hard to describe.But anyway, I can't make any assumptions about his love life. Maybe it's just not a priority for him, since he has a family with the Lebeises. Based on the Estranged bit on Making Fuckin' Videos, his one desire was to father a child, so perhaps with Fernando and them, he felt complete? I don't know. All speculation.
