sweetness
http://www.nme.com/news/at-the-drive-in/61330Anybody else round these parts pumped for this? It's hard to imagine them writing more music as ATD-I what with all their other projects but I definitely want to see these guys live! sweetness
wow. refused also. speechless...I KNOW RIGHT!? definitely a strangely awesome day for fans of 90's post hardcoreI also prefer The Mars Volta simply because I think Cedric's vocals are far less irritating and the lyrics aren't nearly as obnoxious in that band... but still he's gotta be one of my favorite singers ever. ATD-I was just a fun anthemic band in ways TMV is just too pretentious, as much as I love what they've created under that moniker. Never could get into Sparta
drtydane
That's really cool. Love both bands.
bt88
ATDI and Mars Volta need to be taken on their own merits. Very different vibes. That said, had ATDI kept going they could have been huge. Like almost RATM huge. But they broke up right when they were taking off. In Casino Out is a damn good record and Relationship of Command is just an explosion. Remember this: Edited January 10, 2012 by bt88
