The night they debuted You're Crazy, Bob Forrest attacked Axl because his girlfriend got drunk and sprayed a beer in Axl's face while he was singing and Axl was getting electrocuted so he sort of knocked her away with his mic stand and bob was trying to kill Axl after the gig. It got very scary. Bob was swinging a drum stand with full force at Axl head but Axl kept moving out of the way just in time. If Bob would have landed one hit , Axl would have bean dead no question about it. However Axl ended up getting the upper hand in the fight before people broke it up.
