Maybe when Axl is too old to tour or the possibility of a new album is completely dead. Basically, when the record label says, damn, no more GNR ever except maybe a new Best Of album, hey we can probably make some money off the unreleased stuff from the old CD.Reminds me of Hank 3. His record label refused to release his metal/punk stuff, all they wanted from him was his country music and be like his grandaddy. This motherfucker begged them to release it, he even took them to court one time, they still wouldn't release it (it aint country enough!!!). His contract finished, he left the label, and the next year what do they do, packaged up all his old unreleased metal stuff into a neat little album and sold the shit out of it without his consent.
