As in C D E F G F E D C. then C# D# E# (or F natural...there enharmonic) F# G# and then backwards and keep going up. Then do arpeggiated full chords like C E G C <--(up the octave). Like say the word "meow" to the tune of O'canada but really open your mouth when you do them. Another one is hard to explain. You know when you put you lips together and push air out they flutter. well we used to have to go up and down our scales and do o'canada non-stop with that.
