Well..

Two very famous songs, and both are famous for needing a double necked 12/6 string guitar to be played live.

So what one do you prefer?

Hotel Califonia for me, better overall melody, and the solos are way better than Pages on stairway IMHO.

Don't forget about the capo needed to play Hotel California!

IMO, Hotel California is the better song, both lyrically and musically.

Stairway to california :book:

Haha, that's so stupid!

Stairway hasn't been played on the radio 1947105912295398 times for nothing.

Fuck yeah! That's there for everybody who says it's overrated!

"And a new day will dawn, For those who stand long, And the forests will echo in laughter...¡Does anybody remember laughter!?"

Fuck yeah!

Stairway is better IMO. Far better song structure. Starts off slow and ends up heavy. Hotel California has some fine lyrics and a damn good solo, but, Stairway is more straightforward ... Hotel California is more messy, if you see where I'm going to.

Stairway To Heaven for me.
