There are some bands, who think they have such original names, when they put something very absurd like Artkasf Blahsf or whatever together. Also Andi Deris from Helloween used to be in a band called Pink Cream '69,now hows that for lame!? Its diabolical! I would sure hate to associate myself with liking a band with that name. Then for your last name, take your middle name and use a varient of it (add an "s" or a "son" or something like that.) For example: My first name is Peter, my middle name is Jeffrey. My 80's rocker name is Peter Jeffreys. Pretty good, huh?
