6lake sa66ath
There was a small mention in a local street press of this happening at one of the last gigs on their European tour. Since I hadn't noticed anything mentioned about it by anyone on this forum I figured it was just another media spin.So did their Newcastle gig really get ended early due to the band being pelted with bottles? LCG
Axl was hit by a coin. Nightrain was stopped, Axl and the band went off stage, came back later and played Nightrain again then left. Paradise City was not played. And this incident has been discussed (too) many times on this board, where the hell have you been?
6lake sa66ath
All well, I should have checked the previous gig subforums before I made this post, because I could have quite easily found the answer to my enquiry.Lesson learnt.Either way, just goes to show how the media takes an untrue story and runs with it, giving it a sensationalist spin. I think the mods have merged/deleted the threads that were about it.
