12 String Guitar

Recommended Posts

For example when you play a single note, you'll get the normal note you'd expect to hear and the other string will play the same note only an octave higher.

Only certain strings are an octave higher.

A 12 string guitar just gives a fuller sound, like two guitars, or a chorus effect.

But are all the strings are tuned the same??? I remember hearing once that they had to be different.
