Ridin' the Nightrain
That's got to be the most generic top 5 list ever.

Ridin' the Nightrain
Meaning there are probably 100 million people with the exact same top 5. It's boring and predictable. All 'legends'. New Rose
Hard to name a favorite band, I have never done that and I really couldn't do that. But if I'd say my top bands in no order they'd be:Pink FloydCorrosion of ConformityPanteraNine Inch NailsGN'RRage Against the MachineOther bands which I absolutely love but dont have room in the top6 are:OutKastSoundgardenAlice in ChainsWhite ZombieMonster MagnetA Perfect CircleDownDream TheaterPorcupine TreeFaith No MoreIncubusThen there's a 1000 others. Ridin' the Nightrain
I didn't say they were bad, or that I didn't like them. When I see a list like that though it says to me that people are probably fed music by a third party and have very little knowledge of music outside of the big names. highway blues
personally i think someone who listen's to all the legends eventually becomes a very good musican as when you learn from a great man you become a great studentBut also , its good to spread your wings into other territorysWinger for example , there a really good band there bordering on progressive but are mainly hard rockEasy come Easy go and hungry are good tunes so is headed for a heartbreak.
