sidman69
Today I take a look at the infamous 1989 gigs GNR did for the Rolling Stones. Enjoy! 1
Kwick1
My first GnR shows! I wasn't there for infamous night 1 but was for the remaining 3. I loved each night. Watching them, you just knew at anytime they might explode.
adamsapple
Nice work putting that together, that time was when GN'R was of actual cultural and social relevance.
Gnrcane
It always amazes me how early things started falling apart. As a teenager back then with no internet to report on rumors and things, I was pretty shocked when Izzy quit not much before my first GNR concert. I had no idea the internal tensions that were going on. It wasn't until the endless wait for a new album started to take hold in 1995 that it hit me that it was probably the end of GNR. Thanks for the video. It was interesting and informative history!
KURT19
I was lucky enough to be living out there at the time and saw two of the four nights. Fucking wild. Axl running the Olympic track was mind blowing. He was FAST! ...To this day I'm still not sure if Slash was telling us to do heroin or not to do heroin.
