I listened to WTTJ it was pretty good. Except a bit higher vocals on the last chorus would have been awesome, you go down where Axl goes up. I like Axl's way better. Oh and your guitarist play the intro wrong. Other than that, quite good!

Thank you very much! I thought I was pretty much in scale most of the time? Am I right? I tend to get very sloppy when improvising so improvising over the wah part worked better.

The drums/rhythm guitar & bass are all backing track I downloaded somewhere so not much interesting in that. What I did was basically I put my small cheap microphone in front of my amp and recorded quite loud through the windows sound recorder thing. Then I saved it and imported it in "Adobe Audition 1.5" which is a great program for mixing and sound edition and other stuff. I added a bit of reverb and added my solo piece to the back track. And that was pretty much it.

I did the first part of the solo quite like the real one, but I thought the wah part would be good for improvisation so I tried that.

there is a few really nice one there. Axl used to wear red, there's no red unfortunately. But there's a really nice one in blue,green and pink. only bad thing, it's swedish and you have to buy for at least 200 swedish kroner to have it shipped. (about £20)

Wow, so i just got back from the show and I am in my hotel room posting. The show was unbelieveable, first Izzy comes out on think about you, then patience, then nightrain, along with kid rock!!!

But anyways, after the show was over, all the members/staff/friends were out on the stage for a thankyou and robin went down on his stomach to shake the fans hands. So I put out my hand and he handed me the heienkin he was drinking!!!! It was so awesome!

So i drank it and i now have the coolest piece of memorobilia for my trip to NYC!

I just love how Fred Durst can show Axl respect after all the shit he's pulled but none of you can have some mutual respect for Fred Durst. Limp Bizkit may not be the force that Guns N Roses once was, but at least all of us over at thearmpit.net dont sit around talking about how worthless Axl is. I saw someone mention that nothing Fred says will be taken seriously, this is coming from a Guns N Roses fan and last time I checked Axl isn't exactly taken seriously by many, these New York shows are a giant leap in restoring the clout he once had, but in the end Axl has become quite the joke of the music industry. I am a Guns N Roses fan but I don't see how you can all justify your comments about Fred Durst when Axl isn't the malevolent force he once was. If you stopped the childish shit for a second you might realise the two bands are alot alike, frontmen with egos, a few albums before fading from the spotlight, bands falling apart. At least Limp Bizkit only lost a guitarist...
