As reported here pre Vegas before anyone else *exclusive haha the haters love that daft bastards* (when others were clearly stating the opposite) I told you he had told management he wanted out. I remember even my best buddy HV politely disagreed and couldn't see it! Something big kicked off at the SA tour pre Vegas. I'm surprised Axl (given just how strongly he feels about loyalty) he hasn't kicked BBF out of touch but I understand the doors "kinda open still". If he does go and he ends up out, I think they will replace, it's definite no on bucket *enter sad face* and I'll be amazed if robin gets asked or more likely would even want to come back perminantly.
Keep your eyes pealed for more exclusives

Just popped by to say a big thanks to Forsaken who emailed me a while back -- Great, great guy who has simply lost interest in GNR and has no time or desire to continue the role. Very honest of him and I'd sincerely like to thank him for all his hard work, the mod door very much remains open should he ever have a change of heart.
Russ and Downzy are awesome guys, congrats to both please get behind them and support. ER has been an amazing support also along with my ol' buddy Chris.
I'm still responding to emails (slowly, still no WIFI at home which I should be getting Tuesday?). Loads of Guns' chatter at the minute, i'm sure you'll hear feedback shortly. New projects for many in 2015!
Finally, Can someone change me to Green, I aint a MAGS ffs! thanks.

Hi all,
After much thought and consideration I've decided to step down as admin and move into supporters with immediate effect. This is not something I've reacted to but it's been in the melting process since Chris stepped down; just distractions since then has meant trying to put an infrastructure in place to cover all angles. This has now been successfully achieved. As previously stated, the forum won't be sold for the foreseeable future and I remain in full ownership.
With immediate effect; any and all forum related questions are to be run past a mygnr admin and not myself -- they are in complete control of the forum and will be making ALL decisions forum related from here on in. I have so many things going on in real time that I just don't have the time to respond. I am and remain so however, as passionate as ever about the forum, which is the main reason for stepping aside. The team have some fantastic ideas for development and I honestly believe I've (unintentionally) hindered their progress by being too hands on and involved, this is now their chance to shine which without being directly rude to me, is clearly an opportunity they relish!
I've been contacted by so many fantastic and supportive people over the last few months who clearly are passionate about the forum. I hope I responded to you all but if not let me say here a warm thank you for your support, it never goes un-noticed. Particularly recently.
I hope to be able to enjoy the forum (and possibly a few other forums) in the not too distant future as I want at some stage to have the free time to post and enjoy debates like a 'normal' poster. Here's hoping. However until at least the New Year, I'm out. Family comes first and I'm blessed to have such an amazing one they all deserve more time from me.
Finally thank you to the entire team for their support both upfront and behind the scenes -- I can't praise them enough. They know what I mean I aim to view the forum no more than once a week max -- I will respond to any PM's though but please keep them non forum related and contact an admin for those details.
Keep it going guys we're the number 1 community for a reason!

I think mysterons intentions are good but perhaps misplaced in this thread. Like many of us who love this forum he's trying to protect its future! He's interested in doing so. Nothing has changed here at all.

The worst solo recorded would be a tie between ballad of death and mi amor.
if slash had played either if those you'd love them!BOD is a GREAT great solo I love that peace.

View forum, log on, respond to multiple PM's, ban multiple alt accounts from same persons swearing "never ever" to return to the evil empire of mygnr, read HILLARIOUS made up stories about me and mygnr, kill all children and animals in site, contact my attorney, count all my money, light a cigar...yep.... Ready to run the most hated fans forum on the net. I'd say about 20 seconds?
Then I have this part time Internet thing where it takes about 15 minutes in the car.

Seriously though, it's funny because over the past few weeks I have been hearing rumblings. And that's all they are, rumblings but it's kinda strange because when you have 2 dedicated sources who you (as in, me!) select what you can and can't say without compromising them, and over this specific question things dry up ad yet they're both active and responsive to all other enquiries, it really does make me wonder. Just my view that's all, not representing mygbr, GNR, etc etc but I just find it at this stage...... Interesting
Ps -- we'll announce an exclusive if and when we hear anything. Hey if nothing else, it annoys some peeps way too much, lol.

I honestly don't know -- Donations will dry up, mygnr store will raise a few $$$ but realistically I need to give serious consideration to moving sever company. Bear in mind if I moved to proboards or similar and had google adsense ID ACTUALLY BE MAKING MONEY EACH MONTH! and after saving this forum and pumping money into it, I'd like to meet anyone who would honestly begrudge me that.
Ideally -- I need someone onside who can come up with - and drive - advertising income/other resources. It's not my skill set, nor if they're honest if is particularly ER's and Forsaken's. Don't get me wrong they're super supportive but we need someone who has IT experience to really drive this. The door is open any any/all serious offers at this stage.
Chris had that background and we're missing his input no doubt, he's chipping in but it's not his bag anymore -- I'm super busy IRL as are the other guys. We're fighting to keep this going and I'm giving serious thought about a contingency (or specifically, a number of, going forward). Closing mygnrforum isn't one of them
