i had channel 4 on and i don't recall hearing the song before the simpsons
believe me, i would have noticed it

after the majesty of leeds 2002, i had a bet with my friend that CD would be released by the end of 2003
i can accept losing the bet, i just wish they'd release the damn album so that my friend will shut up about it
-
incase you missed it earlier
i doubt if trent has anything to do with this
You're wrong, my friend.
Trent has everything to do with it.
I guess you missed the message he posted (but has since removed), where he got annoyed when fans didn't notice his "message" quick enough in the March 16 pic.
Well, I lost the bet to Rob... I was SURE you people would have found the secret in the 3_16_06 picture INSTANTLY. You've all let me down. .. Trent Reznor. NIN site. B)
i'll concede then. aaron's idea and trent going along with it?
buddyhead has a history of stunts like this and wondered how long it'd take before mr north got to use NIN as a platform to carry it on, heh heh

aaron north will be behind all this
he's a massive gnr fan, and he's one the main people behind www.buddyhead.com (check out the gossip section and the rules of rock to get an idea of the nature of the site)
it's nothing more than a wind-up to make gnr fans go wild with speculation on forums
case closed i reckon

one of them will be announcing system of a down as ozzfest headliners

i look forward to hearing this track, ahem, i do like a nice mellow ballad ...

i love twat and irs, but the midlde section of thus full version of better is not good enough
3:09 - 3:24 needs to be lost completely, and so does most of buckethead's soloing, apart from the one that comes in at 3:40
i do like axl's vocals that come in at 2:52 though
i dont think every song needs to be epic, there's nothing wrong with a simple verse/chorus/repeat now and again
