yup, he changes his solo in better a bit, he did that with his solo in TWAT too.. i think they sound even better live with those minor changes

as for the solo before SCOM.. yeah, it was amazing, I really dig his style

OMG what was I thinking??? Of course the only criteria to label a band Hard Rock is that 3 minute solo! Man, that sucks for all those groups who only have a 2 min. 59 second solo. And just so we're clear, is that only a guitar solo, or can it include keyboards and special effects?

When i first saw it it certainly made me appreciate his solo in that song more, the bit where his whole body is like..... jerking as his solos building up his awesome

seriously, I know what part you're referring to.. is the exact part I love too about the live version.. where Robin is bouncing up and down playing with such emotion and the solo is a bit different from the demo there, and I love it!

wow I got shivers only reading your post haha, no really, I think you are right.. that TWAT solo live from Hammerstein Robin plays is amazing.. I remember when I first saw that video, the combination of passion put by Robin and the sound was perfect.. his moves are so driven by the melody he is producing and he changes the solo a bit from the demo and it sounds even better! to me at least

I think this journalist missed the memo about Axl and Izzy sharing the stage all this summer.. he talks about it at the end as if it was news..

anyway, the review seems for the most part to be a fair, honest one.. only part that I truly dislike is where he says the worst solo is by Richard Fortus.. he was a bit rude there, and also I disagree, cuz I love Beautiful

TWAT from Madrid is a good example.. he improvises a lot in that solo, and I kind of miss the original melody from Bucket there..

to the thread starter... god no!!! I hope Bucket parts stay!! first because I don't want yet another delay lol.. second cuz I think Bucket did a great job and he adds a lot to CD.. even if he's gone, he put some effort and time when he was in the band so he has the right to be featured on the album
