Hey,

Having "Coma" played as an encore would just blow everyone away! Knowing that Paradice City is always the last song of a concert is always Paradice City, then the fans would know that they still have at least 20 minutes worth of GNR music left before the concert ends!!

From 1991 to 1993, we GNR fans got used to big venues (ie. stadium Tours).

In 2001, GNR played 3 small venues (less than 1800 people) and Rock in Rio (numbers say 1.2 million people, but I think that is the total of people over the week, lets just say 200 000+ crowd and someone can correct me on this later).

So the question is: As a GNR fan, which would you prefer, a smaller venue or a big venue.

Advantages vs disadvantages:

Smaller Venue

ADVANTAGES: You're closer to the artist, closer to the speakers, more intimate, less crowd noise.

DISADVANTAGE: More expensive

Bigger Venue

ADVANTAGES:More ambiance, less expensive.

DISADVANTAGES: Might be further from the artists, more crowd noise.

I really think so!

Don't underestimate Axl Rose!

GNR wasn't present back in 1989 and 1990, but made a very strong return in 1991. News magazines refered to it as: THE RETURN OF GUNS N ROSES.

Axl has always been a good entertainer, plus by the bootlegs that we've been able to hear from the previous concerts (Rio and Vegas), we know these songs rock.

The server hostign this board is blazingly fast, so that leaves lots of room for expansion.

Everyone's got a favorite concert. A concert can be your favorite for many reasons, for example:

-you where at the concert

-the sound was incredebly good

-you like the songs they played

-and I'm probably forgetting a whole bunch of reasons..

My favorite concert is: PARIS 1992 because the concert was virtually flawless, the sound was great, the setlist was ok. GNR must have been under great pressure when they played this concert because it was a worldwide PAY/TV broadcast.

But if you'd ask me which concert is the best according to teh clarity of the sound system, I'd most likely anser ARGENTINA 1992. :-)
