Even someone as unbiased as Steven Tyler calls Slash a nice guy, yet somehow he's a 'cancer'
Kind of ironic how everyone says how nice Slash is, and how everyone wants to work with him, and Axl's had how many guitar players and drummers quit over the years??...But yeah, Slash is obviously the one who is hard to deal with

Edit: Just read some of the threads at the VR forum. I'm convinced this is the guy. VR have been working with him pretty heavily in the last month or so writing songs (at least he's been writing/recording with Dave, a little with Duff), and VR has denied others are in the running (Langdon, Taylor, etc.), but not this guy. Classic Rock says Perez is the favorite, and I think Halfin implied he expects him to be named frontman.

He called Slash "rad".
I honestly think that they looked kinda weird together...and his voice doesn't complement Slash's guitar style. I mean it would be cool to see them perform together, or even do a one off song. But he's not right for VR, he doesn't have the right style.
I wonder how Slash felt about his performance with Adam. Would be interesting to know if he felt any chemistry with him. But as a saying I once heard goes, "Guitarists only have one lead singer that feels completely right, and vice versa."
And I think we know who that "one lead singer" is.

I know it sounds weird but psychology tells us that if a person keeps talking about another person, with bitterness and spite, it is because they are trying to convince themselves that they hate the other person, even though in reality they don't. I bet that if those two ran into each other, Axl wouldn't walk away.

i think in regards to slash and duff suing axl, i think axl means what he says by it being real complex..
like when you carry on the gnr name, and the old members are no longer in it, then theres bound to be MANY complications legally..
maybe not everything was signed off.etc

I do wish Steven the best and in my heart hope that he finds some peace and security. As far as direct contact no. It unfortunately gets too messy too quick. In Steven's mind I'm the one who holds the keys and power over his happiness so I'm the bad guy pretty quickly.

Show Fernando some respect, guys. I'm not saying you have to bow down before him and worship him like he's a bandmember, as some people seem to do, but you shouldn't go to the other extreme and senselessly bash him, either. He seems like a nice enough guy, and while he's made the occasional comment I've disagreed with, that doesn't give anyone a right to call him names. There's a difference between a bit of playful teasing and outright nastiness. Show some decency, right? It's easy to forget sometimes that people on the Internet are people, and regardless of how much you disagree with 'em, resorting to personal insults is low.

our gas is by the litre here, so its like 1.30us for a litre here.. and 4 litres is a gallon..
so our gas is expensive, but.. if we goto the states for a holiday now, its like 50% off sale on everything!

as good as lambert is, and as good as it would be for vr sales, i think for a more deeper record, you would need franky perez.. that dudes got soul.. his voice is so much more suited for the vr spot.
