Ah man, I so want to go to that but I'm out of cash. Seeing Rage would be amazing.
-
QOTSA really should be up there ya know.
-
hell yeah,Judas Priest rocks, they're probably the greatest band to come out of England.
Painkiller album is a masterpiece
No.
Zeppelin?
Queen?
The Rolling Stones?
Sabbath?
The Beatles?
Pink Floyd?
Maiden?

I agree with Ant, where's the Queens?
Out of those it would have to be Velvet Revolver for myself, followed by Buckcherry then The Darkness. I like all three though.

AC/DC without a doubt, we're still waiting for that elusive world tour and new album.
Also Metallica, they need to get this new record out and hopefully blow away the mental scars leftover from St. Anger. The drumming, oh dear lord the drumming.
I'm with you on The Strokes too man, can't wait to hear what they got coming on their next album.

I ain't heard much, actually I think I've only heard Suffer Little Children and that's an amazing song. Really haunting and Johnny Marr's guitar on it really compliments Morrissey's vocals and lyrics perfectly. It's quite strange that such a beautiful song can be about something so sinister and disturbing.
-
you're all wrong.
the most anticipated album is AC/DC's.
No, it's Chinese Democracy. Axl said it will be released this year!
Axl also said it would be released in '01, '02, '05, '06 AND '07. Face it, his word means jack shit nowadays.

Alterbridge, Disturbed, In Flames and Incubus are the next four confirmed bands. Two more are being announced in the next issue of Kerrang! magazine.

System, Rage and Pearl Jam men team-up
Tracks from System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello and Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder will feature on a double-album, Body Of War: Songs That Inspired An Iraq War Veteran.
The album will be released in March through Sire / Warner Bros.
A documentary of the same name will be released later in the year, but no date has been confirmed.

Lithium:
Do you have the sources to say Poison is included in the Pop genre with Madonna, Michaels Jackson, Culture Club, etc? Thank you.
Do you?
'cause ya know, last time I check Wikipedia wasn't a credible source...
You are not good doing questions, my friend. Obviously you didn't understand my question, because there are not sources saying Poison is included in the Pop genre.
Poison is Glam Metal:

Four more bands will be announced on Kerrang.com at 10pm.
Lets see if they can make it any worse.
Let's just hope they bring out some big names to bring it back up again.
Rage Against the Machine would be nice.

Never watch The Shinning with a girl.
Not all is lost with my GF she did enjoy Natural Born Killers.
Ain't that The Simpsons' version of it?
It's a great film though, Jack is awesome.

I think I'll try to through a plastic bottle with urin on the singer in Poison. B)
Make it glass.
I'm talking to Iceman on msn, he says Gotthard and Satriani rock, and if it's Ken Hensely there then he'll probably rock too.
-
I like a couple of bands on there, and there are some I'd check out just out of interest.
-
Freddie Mercury - Lead vocals/Piano
Slash - Lead guitar
Izzy Stradlin - Rhythm guitar/Backing vocals
Ronnie Wood - Additional guitar
John Paul Jones - Bass
John Bonham - Drums
Led Queen of the Rolling Guns :xmasssanta:

Ah, that sucks. He was a pretty good poster. Can't you just tell those of us who don't have FB?
He's been suspended for a month, and no we can't tell you because we'd probably get banned ourselves.

Brilliant line-up, beats the living shit out of what's been anounced for Download so far.

How about, whenever we hold out Annual Forum Awards thingy, the winners get little icons or something added to their profile saying what they won for and what year. I don't know, it's just an idea...

I have rediscovered my love for The Elders Scrolls: Oblivion I can't understand why didn't play through it on my old computer.
I love it, it's seriously amazing!! Check out Morrowind too, really cool.

Awful headliners, apart from Kiss.

There's a reason we have a videogame thread...
-
For those who haven't seen it...
That's missing American Girl though. Was a pretty cool perofmrance in my opinion, low on energy though.
