  1. I think.... they cancelled Guatemala so they could play in Costa Rica, but the new date in Costa Rica didn't work out, and they weren't able to reschedule the old Guatemala date, so they ended with two cancelled dates.

    oopsie

    Ha, if that actually happened...wow.

Are the dates going to be rescheduled?

Yes and then will be recancelled.

  2. that sums up anyone's setlist concerns.

u dont attend a show u shouldn't be complaing. u can, but your wasting your time, considering no one but u and a few other readers will take not of it.

    u do attend a show u won't be complaing.

show me one person that complains after attending any GNR show about a fucking setlist.

c'mon show me one person. dont reply to this if u cant, cuz thats the only way u can prove me wrong.

So using your logic, since people who did not go to said show (fill in the show) should not be complaining about the set list, I guess people that didn't go to said show (fill in the blank) should not be defending it either or saying it was a good set list.

So using your logic the only people that should be allowed to discuss any given shows are the ones who attended it?

(remember you cannot have it both ways)

See how silly your logic seems now.

You're bitching because GNR isn't playing 10 CD songs out of 18 a night. Don't start talking about logic.

It is called the Chinese Democracy tour is it not?? And when the UYIs came out half the set list was always the UYI songs.

Simple logic states, they would play at least 8-10 songs a night from their new album they are touring off of.

UYIs was two albums you know...

  3. No one of the so called shalshites (god, I hate that..slashites, axlites...) didn't say anything about this stament and contradiction...

"For one, I've never said anything derogatory about anyone's performance on 'Appetite,'" Slash tells Spinner. "So right from the start it's just off."

    - I love recording like this, means Slash. During Appetite..., Lies and Use Your... I had to put up with Izzy the whole time. I never liked playing with him. It was wonderful to escape him on this record. It sounds tighter and so much cooler than anything we've done before. I always got irritated over Izzy's way of playing. It didn't sound right. Before "Spaghetti", we erased his guitar and Gilby put on a new one. It sounded perfect!

  4. This one. That one has some good songs, but this one is a classic. How anyone could vote that one over this one is beyond me.

Seriously?? I mean, all the tracks on this one have no flow whatsoever. And track 3?! Worst song I have ever heard, hands down.

That one is clearly the right choice here.

You clearly must be deaf! This one is the best album ever. Even my mama says that!

  5. Only four Chinese Democracy songs. lolz. Other than that, I don't think people should really be complaining. The standard length of time for a concert or show is about 90 minutes. You can't expect Guns to go on and put in twice that every night.

If you just count the actual songs and take away the solo spots (Dizzy, Ashba, 4tus, Bumble) last nights show was less than 90 minutes.

And on the solo spots, there was some other band playing on stage, that's why you don't count them?

  6. And Sure compare Corgan to Cobain, its a good one, both of their lyrics are not as deep or good as Axl's.

Axl's lyrics are simple by comparison. Cobain wrote in extremely artistic metaphors. Most of his music was so cryptic, that only he knew what he was singing about. It's more complex.

If only Cobain knew what he was singing about, hoy do you know that he wrote in extremely artistic metaphors?
