I didn't see Axl raising a budweiser at any point in that clip so it must be reunion related.

Man this reunion is going to be big, being previewed before STAR WARS, seriously big money behind this thing, no wonder they got Axl on board.

I think it's mainly that they wanted to make the music they wanted to make, and that wasn't happening in GnR. So Bumblefoot decided to focus on his solo material and DJ wants to focus on Sixx AM.

Doubt it...

Or at least I doubt that's the only reason.

So two members have left during this hiatus.

Either both have been informed the band is done or GNR pay a lot less than we all assume.

DJ and Bumble don't exactly have incredibly lucrative outside ventures, hard to believe they would walk away from GNR's easy money without something substantial going down.

Whatever the case, we won't be seeing much from Axl Rose for a very, very long time.

Not that I care.

I have visions of Axl in a big room with a grand piano writing the most beautiful melodies and lyrics in the process of creating another masterpiece.

If that's the case, I'm more than willing to wait as long as it takes for another album.

Easily replaceable

Bring in somebody who will complain less.

At this point the band and the fans should realize a new album is just not happening any time soon, maybe in the next 5 years I'd imagine.

I personally find it hard to get excited for an album composed by this current band, I don't find any of them (Minus Axl) to be particularly talented musicians. They play other peoples shit pretty good.

Ha. You know I followed axl all these years because I loved his beliefs and integrity.

It's obvious this isn't the same axl. What a shame, he's cashing out. I don't know, maybe he has to, maybe he needs the money but the mystery is gone.

Like many my interest in this GNR fell by the wayside following the last RIR appearance, I don't hold out any hope for future recordings etc but I will be there if they eventually drop.

My intense dislike for DJ Ashba and my belief he will actually detract from any possible GNR albums doesn't really help.

I like having Axl on the road though, he's an interesting dude and I genuinely wish him all the best. He doesn't owe me or you anything.

Haven't seen many videos from this tour so I won't comment. That said I just saw a YCBM video, seems all good to me, Axl and the band sound great.

Great to have GNR back and on the road.
