That was the article it was mentioned in. Who knows what happened with Beta, but I don't see any advantage for her at the time to quit on Stephanie and go be Axl's housekeeper. She lost all contact with the little boy she had raised for 3 years. I don't particularly care for Beta, but I do think she was honest about how she was treated.

I really enjoy stick-it-to-the-man prison movies, like Cool Hand Luke, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (though not technically a prison but it really was), and more recently The Shawshank Redemption. Also, The Green Mile is pretty great, though not so much a stick-it-to-the-man movie. Any other suggestions for movies whose main characters are inmates?

Death Race. Not a classic, but it has my boyfriend Jason Statham so it's definitely worth watching.

It's true more people know who Slash is. He has been in a bunch of cartoons and has always played on other peoples records and jams on stage with everyone and does tons of press. That part was ridic too. Obviously the majority of GNR fans would love to hear these recordings, but what we want doesn't make a bit of difference. True, some events are subject to interpretation. The one I found most annoying with identifying the wrong person in a picture. No excuse for that, in my opinion.
