Axl's had almost no luck with the high profile webcasts. The only good one was Rock AM Ring.
Rock am Ring wasn't a webcast.
Inland Invasion was good, but the audio stream was bad quality.

Budapest
This was such a great audience recording. Before "Rock am Ring" ended up online, I was playing tracks from this show constantly.
-
If Axl can fix his voice and actually give a shit, I'd want a new album.
Otherwise he needs to go away.
-
Was it a forum member? I know there's a BD version of the show, but didn't think it was a forum member...I also support 12/20's LA show. Better than Rock am Ring. Axl sounds perfect, the set list is good, and Izzy there is a bonus.
Who was the forum member here who snuck in with an HD camera to film it?
The BD of the 12/20 show also has the 12/19 show in SD on it also.
Yeah, because the guy who filmed in HD held the footage hostage until enough people bought it from him.

Rock am Ring, hands down:

Whatever the highest quality is - if OGG is the original then fine, otherwise I'd prefer FLAC
Sorry for the delay. I forgot that I'd changed the tempo on all of my Madagascar files and had to re-do the quotes at the original tempo.
The audio grabs were from online sources, so the quality varies from quote to quote, but I cleaned them up quite a bit. For example, I removed the background music from the Michael J. Fox quotes from Casualties of War. I also had some reverb on it for personal taste, but this is clean. Also for personal taste, this track has audio shifted left and right depending on who is talking. If you want it without those shifts, you can pretty much just convert it to mono, or ask me and I'll do it for you.
THANK YOU

If only they had recorded '10 02 London show 2 years back....
They did, just not with a shit-ton of cameras.
Kind of like how Queen had two nights at Wembley in 1986 - the Saturday show had like 15 camera angles and was released officially, while the Friday show was only like a 5-camera shoot and sat unreleased up until a few years ago when it got released on DVD:
Don't bring Freddie in this sea of shit by any cause. It's sacrilegious.
Point is, I'd rather have one of the London 2010 shows released with only a few camera angles as opposed to London 2012 with 50 angles.
The screenshot footage starting at 0:46 here gives you an idea of what it would look like:

Come back in two hours and I'll have some links here for you. Are you guys okay with ogg files, or do I need to convert to something else?
Whatever the highest quality is - if OGG is the original then fine, otherwise I'd prefer FLAC

I have them, but they weren't isolated from the multitracks. I made them myself from the films. Want 'em?
Please!
-
Well, shit
Thanks for the info!
-
Does anyone have these?
Need them for a project I'm working on.
Thanks to anyone that can help.

This is where things get stupid. If you don't say each thing Axl does is the greatest thing ever, you get labeled "butthurt."
You sound butthurt.
Not to mention stupid.
So if you don't say Axl's latest inferior performance is the greatest thing ever, you get labeled both "butthurt" and "stupid"
Thanks guys. Real mature.

That's a great performance of This I Love, too. So?
It's better than the London 2012 performance.
Therefore, the London version wasn't "better than ever"
-
CD songs sounded great, it's like Axl put in extra effort for those songs. This I Love sounded better than ever

Sometimes 2010 rasp was a bit excessive on some songs
No such thing.
Everyone who says "well he didn't use rasp on the Chinese Democracy album!" forget that his voice was garbage on most of the album.
2010 was like seeing 1991 Axl do the songs from Chinese Democracy for the first time. It was fucking awesome.
That's excesive rasp
You're on crack - that's perfect.

Why did Axl pick such a poor show to release?
Have you watched it the whole way through?
I wouldn't call it "good" - it's a good snapshot of the band in its current form, but the mainstream is going to shit all over Axl's voice
Doubtful. They shit all over bridge school bc Axl voice was really off. Didn't matter that he was sick or that it was for charity. Anyone who complains about this one is just plain trolling and should start following another band.
Or maybe Axl should just get his voice back into 2010 shape and then we'd all be happy.
The 2009 Hamilton, ON show was great...even got TWAT that show. Shoulda released that.
If they honestly released the 2009/2010 shows as downloadable FLAC soundboards, I would gladly pay $10/each for most of those shows.
-
Assuming Axl is choosing not to use rasp when singing live, and there's not a medical problem where he's no longer able to do it...
Don't you feel cheated?
You pay your hard-earned money to support a band that deserves way less of a fanbase than they possess, and Axl turns out bad performance after bad performance since Rock in Rio 2011.
At one point do you stop paying and demand more of Axl? What is his motivation to try harder when the same people support him regardless of the quality of his performances?

Finished the whole thing.
Band's tight, but Axl's voice is distracting for most of the show.
At this point, he still had the stamina to hold notes and such that he lost starting at the Bridge School show a few months after this. But his voice cracks and the lack of rasp sucks.
I'm convinced now though that he's willingly choosing to not use the rasp, since he brought it out during parts of Better, Shackler's Revenge and KOHD.
The Forum is still the best 2011-2012 proshot.
-
I'm watching now - pretty good so far
Axl randomly decides to start using rasp halfway through "Better" - that was unexpected

Oh my God am I reading a brony post comparing Axl Rose to a cartoon horse.
Fuck the Internet.
