  1. I saw Revenge of the Fallen last friday, cool movie. Funny and good action sequences.

It got HORRIBLE reviews. RottenTomato or whatever that site is called has it at like a 30% or something. I'm seeing it regardless, though.

    And so will everybody else.

I wouldn't put too much stock in peoples' reviews when it comes to a Michael Bay/Toy Transformers movie. Seems like an easy target.

  3. What's the over/under that this sells more copies than Chinese Democracy?

what's the over/under that you are a detractor masquerading as a Fan? It would be preferable overall if you wouldn't act like a dick and

undermine the band with every single post.

    I'd say under.

More like a fan who isn't afraid to point out the lunacy in the operations of what's going on. Or more accurately, what's been going on for years.

I'm sorry if this isn't obvious to deranged simpletons.

And of course you were there and you know what went on, sure

Come on, atleast pretend like you're intelligent.

Would I have to be there to know what the end result is? Obviously not. You're not that bad at impersonating Axl because I'm sure he probably would've said the same thing. Something along the line of we weren't there and we don't know his life, etc, etc, etc. Maybe not, but we've seen all the evidence, the delays, the inaction, and the unfortunate results.

The logic (more accurately known as an illogical defense) is flawed. You don't have to be there or know 100% of everything to see that somebody fucked up and that they contintue to do so. It's not guessing, it's called coming to an educated conclusion based on a myriad of evidence through the years. I'd recommend trying it sometime.

  5. hold on now, how do you know you have the right person? this is a bad idea.

It's the right person. This chick was a publicist and helped Slash out in the late 80's. He hired her to be VR's publicist but she didn't get along well with Scott, so she ended up only being Slash's publicist, but after a while she was fired (she claimed it was because Perla didn't like her) and sued Slash in 2005.

It sounds like it could be her but you cannot know for sure. You can just suspect. Anyway, I'm not calling that number. This is for Slash to handle.

Another thing to remember is that Slash says he knows who it is but hasn't said her name. To me that means that he doesn't want us to know because it's his business.

    1) It's her dude

    2) I kinda just posted the number as a joke (but it's actually her number), I'm not saying people should actually call her. Although she is a publicist so she's fair game imo.

  7. Sounds like Adrianna to me. You can tell that Slash is pissed off, he's usually pretty easy going.

    Bitch.

I doubt it's her. She never "worked" for GNR did she? So she wouldn't of been fired.

I think it was that former publicist of his. I think her name was Arlett Vereecke.

  8. Wonder what gig tonight? Perla said on her twitter that she went to see Juke Kartel a couple of nights ago I bet Slash was there to.

Juke Kartel is a great band, btw. I don't think many people know about them. If anyone watched Rock Star Supernova, this is Toby Rand's band. The cool Australian dude.

Yeah, I remember watching that show. The first song he sang was Knocking on Heaven's Door if I remember right.

It's funny that show wasn't bigger than it was, because American Idol is huge and most of the poeple on the Rock Star show were five times as talented.

  9. Gran Torino just maybe the best Clint Eastwood movie ever!

Quite possibly. I can't decide between it and Unforgiven, which has a stellar cast.

    In The Line of Fire

Fuck off. Nowhere near as good as those two.

Never said it was better. Simply adding another one of his great movies.

  10. It looks like Blabbermouth finally has shown some class and taken down the article about the memorial service.

    So Slash's mom's funeral isn't until June 20?

Didn't she die over a week ago? Kinda odd they would wait two weeks considering most funerals are probably 3-5 days after someone dies.

  11. It is completely disgusting by the way that Slash can remember to give a weekly update on Myspace a few days after his mother dies of lung cancer and his former bandmate can't be bothered to leave his house much less think of communicating with his fans.

Slash has an awful lot of character and is a stand up guy for sure. It is awesome that even in a time of crisis he remembers those (his fans) that root for and have helped get him to the place he is in life now.

    +1000

Slash is a stand up guy. Hope he makes the best of his bad situation.

  12. Oh, so Franky Perez sings with Scars On Broadway? Been meaning to check them out for ages. I thought Daron sang lead.

Here he is singing Highway To Hell

    .

Franky was backing vocals in Scars. Anyways him singing above was pretty F'ing good. His songs on his myspace were nothing to write home about, but I'm glad he's proven he can sing some rock classics before.
