What it boils down to is that this is no more or less credible than any other rumors which have surfaced. Slash has not talked to Axl, but he does have connnections within the music business which may make him privy to information which the average Joe can't get. It seems like people who are optimistic about rumors in general are optimistic toward this one and people who disbelieve rumors in general are shooting this one down.

To me, the biggest news is Slash saying that there's no bad blood between he and Axl. Not that it matters, it's just good to hear.

Maybe Slash and Co. have moved on, but I don't think that's the case with Axl if those comments he made in 2002 are taken into consideration. He definitely has not been able to move on and look back at his time with the ex-gunners in a positive light.

The record company cancelled Greatest Hits 2, how is that Slash's fault? He only knows what the record company tells him.

Only you can take positive news about Slash and spin it into a negative comment. You really hate Slash don't you?

It would be a real shame if we never hear studio versions of Crash Diet, The Blues, Madagascar and Oh My God. All of those songs were great imho. I have a suspicion though we'll never see them in our lifetime nor will we ever see those legendary Slash/Zakk Wylde jam sessions released....

I hope someday Geffen puts out a boxset of unreleased material like the Nirvana boxset....

Is it necessary to insult India like that? Tolerance is a virtue. Believe it or not classic rock is quite popular there unlike the states. Deep Purple, GnR, and Led Zeppelin get tons of airplay there.
