I always loved the bit where he comes in on 14 Years.

What I always liked about the kilt was that you could look at it and think it's a sign that the success had gone to his head. But he'd worn kilts from the very first Appetite lineup gig - he was always that crazy

Gonna rest my bones, liver as well
This side of heaven, this close to hell
I just thought he meant he was gonna stay off the booze for a while.

Anyone who didn't understand The Glow Inc's joke...jesus. I can't believe there were 3 or 4 people who didn't catch it.
Wonder if any of them will claim that they were actually being ironic and you're the one to miss their joke.

What the hell was the criteria they used when putting this list together? Bob Dylan at number 7 in a list of greatest singers of all time? Michael Jackson 14 places behind Paul McCartney?

Well the thread was about 60 pages long. 'Journalists' are obviously far too busy to trawl through all that

How can it be fake, almost all of the clips are unseen proshot footage. Mabye the reason it never got released is purely because its not good enough, i.e. edited well enough, to be released as an official video and it just got thrown on the shelf.
I think its pretty cool whatever the story.
I'm with you on this one. There are loads of fan made videos out there that when I watch I can tell exactly where they've got the footage from. In this case I'd never seen any of it before and it was an excellent quality.
Just speculating but perhaps it was never intended for release. Maybe they were trying people out for the videos that were to be made for Illusions and the video could have been made as part of that process.

Love a bit of wildlife watching.
Me and the wife had always enjoyed watching nature programmes so one day we decided to go to a nature reserve about an hour away. When we arrived the first thing we heard in the car park was a bunch of Christians singing "All Things Bright and Beautiful". We looked at each other and thought about going home as the last thing we wanted was to be hassled by the God squad but we decided to go in anyway. That day turned out to be the start of what is now one of our main interests.
Personal favourites are probably avocets.
The rarest thing that I've seen around here (Northern England) is probably a Great White Egret. There had been reports of the GWE in the area so I went to check it out. I was huddled in this hide with a bunch of old blokes when one of them got an alert saying you could see the GWE from the next hide about 5 minutes walk away. They all scrambled to get there as quick as they could but given they were nearly all 3 times older than me I easily won the foot race and got the best view
We live about an hour and a half away from Bempton/Flamborough Head, which is an amazing sea bird breeding colony. Incredible views of huge numbers of gannets and puffins amongst others. Worth going just to experience the smell!
And this hobby also gives you the opportunity to be asked by a random old woman "Have you had a shag today?" Sadly, this is the what the old woman means.
