There is a two-page leading article in the UK's Classic Rock Magazine this month, written by Eddie Trunk about the Axl Interview.

The first page is a large picture of Axl (current look), and the second is Eddie Trunk's recollection of the interview.

It's very positive, especially for Classic Rock, which has obvious links with Slash.

I think we've got to be thankful they mock his weight and not the November Rain slip.

Honestly, it's ridiculous that people would even consider the notion that Axl would have delved into the plans of the band with an Abu Dhabi “tabloid”. That type of thing is for Rolling Stone, Spin Magazine and Classic Rock etc.

Ive been to a few GN'R gigs this year, all were great.

But I've just watched Whole Lotta Rosie (above) and the vocal performance on that is by far the best I've heard.

Its a credible question, but their cover is a great version, so I'm not worried.

I think Axl will probably pay tribute to AC/DC prior to it anyway.
