Thirded, there have been three guitarists on pretty much all GNR studio recordings, they're absolutely fine as a live band. Leave it as it is, stop trying to second guess or tweak the line up. What we've got is amazing.

I don't get why a cover band would want to sound like '99 Axl though. That said, it doesn't really matter whether it's real or fake or not, it's hardly got any value this. I'm a massive fan of alternate takes and stuff and this doesn't even particularly interest me.

You're crazy, if its not him then it does sound a lot like him, just something about it, kinda like that checkmate demo or whatever, but this one bears a more subtle resemblance, i mean listen to the actual version of estranged then this, if it really is fake, then its a great impersonation

NO! The album to be launched this year is not the same Dj and Dizzy talked about! The 2010 album is already finished and it's with the same line-up from Chinese Democracy. The album Dj and Dizzy talked about is another one, they'll go on studio for it in the beggining of 2011.

I really hope what you're saying is true. Because I also believe this. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Unless you have an actual source to prove this without a doubt?
