Axl's crazy. Who knows, who cares. Wake me up when rock n roll is on the radio.

From my experience Vietnamese and South East Asians integrate very well into Western Societies.
They're a nice bunch. Dated a girl from there. They know their spicy food.

By show of hands, was anybody surprised by this?
Anybody...?

I don't know about finding peace with it, it's not something I really care about other than that I think it's natural that more blacks are killed by police when they are a bigger threat to the police (statistically) than whites are.
Since year 2000 there have been 2211 police officers killed in duty in America. You want to know how many there have been in Sweden in the same period? 1.
Sweden, and the United States are virtually incomparable aside from both existing on planet Earth.

Ever since its inception, Chinese Democracy was destined to become a musical collage of Axl's insecurities. Each song feels like it's been tampered with for years on Pro Tools. The final product sounds less organic than modern hip-hop (which is really saying something.)

We haven't had a good President since Clinton
He was bright, charismatic, played a mean saxophone, and got a blowy from a thick intern.
However, he...also repealed Glass-Steagall.

The thought of Hillary Clinton as President of the United States is terrifying.
And unfortunately a likelihood.
Hilary will naturally receive Obama's endorsement, and will vie against a culturally irrelevant, antiquated, Republican Party. The media will love her, the public will be forced to embrace her. A narrative will be spun in the media that Hilary Clinton winning is not just a victory for herself, but a victory for fifty percent of the country. And a victory for not just oppressed women in the Untied States, but women being oppressed all over the world, blah, blah, blah.
So the majority of women, liberals, youth, and minorities are voting for her no matter what. And as we discussed in the "Harassment" topic, she has the leftist appendages of political correctness, and illiterate feminism on her side. All signs point to Hilary for President. Brace yourselves, chaps.
-
The problem is: Obama is not a sociopath. He has a heart, which weakened him.
He doesn't have the cutthroat mentality needed to push reform, and succeed. In order to do good in Washington, you need to be principled, calculating, and manipulative. Obama is two of the three (principled, and calculating.) Hilary has no heart, so she is different (calculating, and manipulative.) Hence why Hilary will be more effective, albeit more dangerous as her only interest is to herself.

Often times, we like to believe data informs conclusions. More often than not, it is the reverse.
Don't send your kids to college over more systemic concerns in lieu of statistical fabrications.

Axl, and Slash need to reunite, so they can tour the world and bang supermodels.
-
Exactly, they worth nothing to them, they still get money from royalties. The name is not the only reason people go to see Axl's band, but it helps a lot, specially in Vegas and South America.
He has never drawn a bigger crowd because it's not the 90s anymore.
Eh, Axl is one, or two good singles away from being mainstream again.
1. Write song about some chick you see at a club. (Preferably with a "fat ass")
2. Release single with video accompaniment wherein Axl approaches the aforementioned chick with a fat ass.
3. Have the band network, and hang out with the pasty turtleneckers at Apple. (ie. Teach them how to talk to girls)
4. Lock a contract, and release the album through iTunes.
5. #GNR2015 trending on tweenagers' tumbler accounts. Woo-hoo!
5. Voiíla. Now Axl's playing the VMAs, and...
6. .....banging Miley Cyrus.

Eating ghost peppers is the highest expression of self-love.

Well, look at us. And look at the animal kingdom. Who sticks out like a sore thumb?
We're basically clothed animals walking around muttering on about semantics, urban planning, and political correctness.
If there is a God, I bet he's tuned into the Lakers game, and not worried about divine intervention.

Apparently, "poof" is another word for it.
Poof, poofter, shirt-lifter, shit-stabber, poo poker, uphill gardener, take your pick!

Gets rather old, don't it?If you don't agree with me you're a crazy conspiracy theorist = most mygnrforum political discussion
No, what gets old are people who post articles who then are unwilling discuss them and put forward their own opinions on the matter.
IDK, it's more like the "Harassment" thread. By all means, do have a different opinion. But don't get upset when people ask you to defend your post.
Info Wars, viral YouTube videos, and Alex Jones' podcasts are entertainment vessels -- not evidence to support an argument.
Much like the regular "news" these days.
This isn't directed at anyone in particular, it's just something I see a lot online. People deriding alternative sources whilst offering up the likes of Fox News or CNBC as "FACT".
Which is bullshit.
The biggest problem these days is that the likes of CNN, FOX, BBC, NEW YORK TIMES etc are parroting propaganda in such a blanket consensus fashion that people would literally have you believe that UP is DOWN.
Except many "alternate" sources are not held to the kind of standards that many mainstream publications are held to. Unlike Info Wars, The New York times actually cares what people think about it's ability to report the news factually. If it makes a mistake or erroneously publishes a false story it calls into question their ability to do their jobs. Entertainment sites like Info Wars don't care if any of its information is accurate or factually untrue. All that matters is that people are giving it attention. It's all about generating news for its own purposes than making factual reports.
Not saying that you're saying this, but the suggestion many mainstream publications are no different than web-based "news" organizations like informers is a false equivalency. That's not to suggest that all net-based news organizations are full of shit. There are several online publications that publish opinions and reports that attempt to keep their feet on reality. I really like Quartz as they attempt to support their articles with graphs, stats, and scrutinized evidence. And if they make a mistake, they'll at least acknowledge the mistake. Maybe I'm wrong, but I still have yet to hear Alex Jones retract his comment that the U.S. government was weaponizing the weather or that the Boston bombing and the Newtown shootings were "false flags."
Just to be clear. I have never once visited Info.Wars or Alex Jones sites. I'm talking about the people who parrot talking points from the likes of Fox or CNBC without even stopping to think about the legitimacy of their claims. For the record The New York Times has been caught out majorly on more than one occasion for publishing false or doctored evidence concerning Ukraine.
Mark my words - when the shit hits the fan again concerning the US getting into another "hot" war on the other side of the world, based on lies and propaganda, the public will scratch their heads once more wondering where it all went wrong and will tune into the usual media outlets for answers. The very outlets that fed them bullshit stories to whip up a patriotic fervor and "us versus them, good vs bad" narrative to begin with.
People need to wake the fuck up.
Ah, never heard that one before. Which specific site do you endorse?

I wonder why people like Edward Snowden went to journalists associated with The Washington Post or The New York Times. And not...
