    I really think that the "couple songs the band never played" hes talking about Locomotive and Coma....

    Lol you are setting yourself up for a huge dissapointment pulling those titles out of thin air

    but its true lol, he said 2 songs they never played (the 2009-2012 lineup) and Bumblefoot was talking in this forum about Locomotive and Coma, so its pretty obvious. And he even said they will work on something while in Vegas, maybe they show something at the last days if after the show they dont split up over the city.

    Haha there is a reason I've been mentioning that Civil War performance in every single thread that is like this one! I'm glad that so many people have now seen just how mental a version it is, I mean there is ZERO clean vocals at all, even in te 2nd chorus where he is clean in videos such as Philly, etc.

    I'd say his rasp at times in that Civil War video is even more potent than in 2010, especially in the first chorus. As for Hellfest, I think he sounds a little more ragged, I suppose thats just a consequence of age slowly doing the 'damage' so to speak. Still that Hellfest PC came out of nowhere didn't it!

    I'd bet that Civil War is up there with one of the best ever live versions, the great thing about nowdays is his rasp has such depth and power. Its lost that raw edge, but he's gained that depth and chest power. Axl would never been able to pull off a note like he did at the end of the 1st chorus in the old days

    Does anybody else think Axl would be shooting himself in the foot by releasing the London 2012 show on DVD or Blu Ray?

    Isn't every show filmed? Just pick a good one and release it...how hard is that?

    Am I the only one who is excited about this? We use this forum daily for complaining about GN'R not releasing anything, no news. And when something leaks or something actually gets released, we still complain and don't think it's good enough. Only in GN'R land.

    It's terribly disappointing when you factor in all the great shows from 2010 that they recorded. You'd have to be Ali to think that this London 2012 show sounded good.

    Not every show is filmed in HD, theres the difference.

    All the 2010 shows were filmed in HD.

    But the 2012 London show had more cameras than usual for the webcast. Kind of like how the Tokyo 1992 shows had ample cameras there specifically because the show was going to be recorded for release.

    The side-screens at all the 2010 arena shows were HD resolution.

    omg, i really fucked up.... dindnt wanted to fight with him, I said I think i his a great man.. wow... i fucked up posting the pm but i never wanted to fight with him and then the insults came.. but never did it with bad intentions just to show you that ACTUALLY they where not working on an album and the thing that ron said. It should have stayed private? yes. Where the insults nessesary? no way. Just wanted to share it with you guys but things got out of control.
