I have a pristine vintage GN'R pinball and I'd love to have a new one to place right beside it. Unfortunately, I'm certain that the cost will be much, much higher than what I paid for the 1994 model back in 2003.

JJP's MSRP for the Standard, Limited and Collectors editions of their latest machine (Willy Wonka):

    $7,500, $9,500 and $12,500

Available from distributors for less, but yeah... it's gonna be brutal.

I think the most important thing here is that we have proof Axl could be at the studio any time and we wouldnt know before it's released.

^^^ Indeed, this is the most important takeaway.

You'd think one of the animator fanboys hanging out on mylooneytunesforum.com would've posted SOMETHING in the last couple of months along the lines of "Holy shit, today we started animating Axl Rose singing a previously-unheard song!"

To have no hint beforehand from a recording studio janitor, Uber driver or what-have-you is pretty impressive these days.

My question to everyone here is: Any idea how to download or transfer all of the audio files?

    pinsound-community.org

Sign up there (I think downloads are disabled unless you sign up) and in the downloads there should be a full set of the original stock sounds for the machine (labeled as “legacy” or “1994” or similar.) If it’s no longer there, let me know and I’ll see if I can chuck it up before I head out for vaca later this week.

    And welcome to the club!

Slash France also tweeted this a few weeks ago. They usually post reliable stuff :)

Interesting. I wonder what their source was, and if it's any different than that of the pinball folks' or if everyone is ready to spend their $ based on that interview where he mentions working on a pinball machine and it turned out to be that online thing.

Would be cool if it happens. I've only played the original a couple of times, but I'd love to play a new modern machine.

I've got a restored original in my basement, and I'd be first in line at JJP to pick up the new one!

  5. Guess this counts as social media. Direct message in Instagram from someone (not me) to Jersey Jack Pinball.

By way of explanation: a "popular" rumor on the pinball forums has Jersey Jack releasing a new GNR machine as their seventh machine, in 2020 (they just released Pirates of the Caribbean, their fourth machine.)

Doesn't say yes... doesn't say no.

Take it for what it is.

I'd be interested in one of the Vegas 11-17-17 'Slot machine' lithographs - the unnumbered version, on the heavier paper.

Can trade one of the Vegas 11-17-17 'Praying Hands' lithographs or pay cash. Might even have an Up Close and Personal 2012 lithograph around here, if I can get into storage any time soon.

Trying this again.  I'm looking for the unnumbered, heavy-stock Vegas 11-17-17 'slot machine' lithograph.

Buy outright, or can trade TWO of the Vegas 11-17-17 white 'praying hands' lithos, #'s 247 and 248.  Or the aforementioned UCAP 2012 litho.
