Hey all. I was sitting in my car yesterday stuck in a massive traffic jam whislt listening to Chinese Democracy quite loud. I was there for about 10 minutes when the guy in the car next to me yelled over between songs. He said he tought the music sounded great and asked who it was. He was quite suprised to hear it was GnR and proceeded to tell me to crank it louder and enjoyed it for about another 10 mins until the traffic moved on.

My question to you good people is this: Have you ever had the same thing happen? Have you ever "opened somebody's eyes" so to speak? If not, then by all means, tell me to fuck off.

I'll be there tomorrow nite. Can't wait to see it. And if anybody gets a chance, make sure you see Shihad. They're a fuckin great live band.

Hey im not sure if this should go here, madison if u want to move it then go ahead. Last nite i went n saw Black Label Society in Perth, AUS. Afterwards we went back to their hotel and met the band, i mentioned that my bands cd is taking ages to be released, i said its turning into Chinese Democracy and then Zakk said, "Oh dont worry about that, that album wont be relead till 2047. If Axl wants to sit and waste away his chances of coming back strong then thats his fault. Some people are just happy to live in the past and moving forward is wat keeps them going"

I just thought it was funny of Zakk to say that, i sure as shit hope he's wrong tho, fuck waiting that long haha.

But changing the mood a little bit, Zakk was the best rockstar i have ever met, a complete and total gentleman, and totally respectful of the fans. And he went out of his way to talk to us.

Yea i saw the Darkness here in Perth last month. The place was sold out and the gig was amazing. Say what u want about Justin but he will piss over everybody for vocal range. They played Highway To Hell and Thunderstruck here too, but their reason for that was Perth is where Bon Scott is from and his grave is here. So all the big bands go n see him and always do something AC/DC orientated when they play here, be it a song or mention.

The new songs that are being played in the set e.g better and TWAT i think are the ones being played because Axl realised we've heard the leaks so we're gonna wanna hear these songs. Some people are sayign they want some more new songs but i dont think that any more will be played (well maybe not soon anyway) I think this is because Axl has some real schorchers for us on CD that hes just gonna drop on us when the cd comes out.

If i'm talking shit, its cos im sleepy as fuck, but if not, wat do u guys think?

Yea the pictures are definatly at least 2 years old because Peter Criss is still there. And yea they are getting an award for Alive IV there so its safe to say that they're between 2 and 3 years old.

Exactly my point, Gcam...they sucked, they couldn't write, they couldn't perform because they were all either strung out on heroin or cocaine or something stupid or either couldn't wait to act kool and break all their instruments so they can go waste all the money they got off their worthless records to buy new ones.  Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of the members from GN'R were on heroin, but at least they came out sober enough to play

U are wrong right there. Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic never played high. Krist would sometimes be drunk, but i know of a certain guitarist and bass player who were drunk off their asses nearly every show So if you are gonna insult a band, make sure u have ur facts right in the first place.

Also i hate when people judge a band on how talented the musicians are. Yea Nirvana weren't the best musicans in the world, but people really liked them for thei simplicity and Kurts deep lyrics.

As said before, Kurt never missed shows due to his heroin use. The SNL show in 92 that they played, which launched them onto an even bigger platform, Kurt was totally strung out on Heroin, but he still played both Smells like Teen Spirit and Territorial Pissings (which is a hard song to sing to even if u are straight) as one of their best performances.

There is no need to bag Nirvana for wat they did, or for anything that Kurt did. Just enjoy the music that Kurt left us.

Im gonna be goin to the Perth Show. Fuck Yea. I can't wait.

Hey i just heard on the radio here in Australia that the Crue will be re-uniting and making the announcement next week. There is a world tour coming and a best of album with 2 new songs due next year. Fuck Yea!!!
