My brother and I were big fans of Paul Walker as we felt like he was one of us. My youngest brother is a race car driver and we're both speed demons with a love for fast cars.

Most didn't know until now that Paul Walker was the same as "Brian" off screen in his personal life. There is a journalist who wrote that when you meet someone else who is in that world,

the subculture ( it's not about street racing really...) or if you see someone else like yourself it's an instant connection to that person and Paul Walker connected with others with the same passion.

It's true.

As a result of his tragic death, in honor of him I'm hanging up my racing hat as far as pulling stunts on public roads. I only did so when it was just me but...

as in typical overly dramatic "sheri" fashion I'm going to do what makes sense and I guess in some ways taking it easy around a curve is my way of remembering and a small lesson that was learned but should

have been learned eons ago has finally "hit".

My ex-boyfriend lives very close to the filming site in Newnan Ga for the show and a few of his friends are extras on the set.

They are already filming new episodes. I've never watched the show and don't get it's appeal.

I didn't see a thread devoted to some of us who have dressed up as GNR members for Halloween so figured I'd create one.

As some of you know I enjoy dressing up every year for Halloween, Mainly as other singers and those I could impersonate and perform as decently.

This year I've decided to dress up as Axl Rose or rather the female version of Axl Rose for kicks and for something to do and to share with other Gunners as I know I'm

not the only one who has done this. Last year I dressed up as Lady Gaga and performed as her. The costume for GNR was much cheaper. All I needed was a wig and two tattoo sleeves.

The unhuman high pitched falsetto he has. It's amazing to me how low his speaking voice is compared to the shrill amazing pitches he can hit.

The Brotherhood Of The Wolf is a favorite. It's a french film. I recommend it if none of you have seen it.

Watched episode 2 today on demand and have developed a crush on the the guy who plays crane ( must be the long hair and accent ).

My opinion it's good but in a silly way and I've had to force myself to just go with it and not over think the details. For example, the horseman is not riding on a black horse

and in episode one the horseman uses a shot gun at one point. I was taken out of the fantasty for a small moment when viewing the horseman using the shot gun because there were no

shot guns 250 years ago, at least not the kind he was using so how would the horseman know to cock the gun the way he was?

Sometimes you just need to go with it and when you do it becomes entertaining. I look foward to seeing the third episode but do not see the series lasting beyond season 2 if there is a season 2.

I'd imagine as a fellow human being that he does what everyone else does.

You're part right, but mostly wrong and it your using this positive thing to take a dig at Trent Reznor -- which is fucking stupid. Mt he record was released as BOTH a loud and an "audiophile" version, so the fans could choose which version to listen to. Is is a good thing for fans, and (as always) Trent is leading th cutting edge of this. This was decided before e record was even released, and is most certainly not in response to " complaints among fans about heavy compression used on HM." I would suggest you do a bit of research next time before you start trashing people on the Internet.

Whoa, my post was in no way intended as a dig at Trent and if it came across that way well, not much I can do about it except say it wasn't. I'm a huge fan of NIN but have not followed HM's release as closely as others and only went by what was being posted on NIN.com by fans and some were complaining of the mastering, mainly the audiophiles as mentioned. Trashing? I don't do that. If it was decided before before the release well, that's fantastic but something I did not know and knowing how Trent treats the fans and caters to them ( he's always been wonderful in that regard ) I only assumed he released the other master to please the fans that did not like the master on the org. HM.
