WOO! Got some seats for night 1 in Sec 11. See you fuckers in Vegas!
-
Fuuuck I still have to wait a couple of hours before I'll have the chance to buy some. Pls don't be sold out

Im still confused about this presale that's going on Friday. What do I need to be part of that?
-
I want tickets..at least six of them. It's my wife's 30th birthday that Saturday. Are general admission tickets still available?
If you want to spend $650 on the VIP package, then yes. More wont be on sale until Saturday, but they'll probably sell out instantly
-
I don't know, maybe it's just an Adler specific warmup before heading to Vegas. It would make sense for him to play a small show before the big show to make sure he's up to it
-
Are these stubhub tickets legit? I want some of the $200 ones
-
I joined the fan club, but all tickets were sold out. Fuck
-
So are there any more presales before Saturday?
-
Sloop people who aren't fan club members are basically fucked at this point?
-
So if I join Nightrain anytime before Saturday, I'll get access to presale tickets?
-
Fuck yes, perfect opportunity to take another road trip to Vegas. I can't believe this is actually happening

The Chinese Democracy era went on for far too long for as little music as we got. No reason to be sad it's over

Ok, I see you've got definite views about clothes but I disagree. I hate people wearing formal clothes in informal situations, it is usually a sign of them having some serious self-esteem issues. There's nothing wrong in wearing sportswear in informal situations, be it band t-shirts or whatever anybody feels comfortable with. It's natural as opposed to walking a dog in a suit and a tie.“You can never be overdressed or overeducated.” - Oscar Wilde
There is something truly reprehensible about the trend eminating from the United States of dressing oneself for "comfort" - which is merely shorthand for dressing oneself in all manner of hideous attire - sportswear and other slovenly rags. Band t-shirts would definitely fall into that category. Maybe if you are a paid roadie for the band in question it might make sense as you would also be involved in manual labour and thus ones clothing can be dictated by the company which in this case is the band. It is an effective form of cheap marketing of ones brand and it takes adantage of a certain stupidity on the part of the person who wears said t-shirt as they take a bizarre sense of pride in turning themselves into a walking billboard.
But there is truly no explanation for garish household tat bearing band logos - it really is most disturbing that a supposed individual would consciously choose to adorn their abode with what amounts to overpriced defaced junk.
Truly mesmerizing.
What is wrong with walking a dog in a suit and tie? Unless you mean the dog is wearing one of these godawful joke costumes that looks like a suit.
I wear a suit all the time when I walk my dog and women greet me like the gentleman that I am.
I suppose I do get the odd heckle from the local yobbos hanging outside the corner store but that is to be expected from brain dead simpletons.
As for sporting attire, it doesn't have to preclude one from looking dashing and gentlemanly.
Imagine how ridiculous one would look if he chose to turn out at the local polo derby wearing something as hideous as a hoodie which has become a sort of urban uniform for the underprivileged. Ghastly.
Honestly at this point I can't even tell if you're being serious

if this is all accurate, why did susan say, 'never say never' with regards to izzy being in the band? It sounded to me like she knew that he wasn't a part of it.
To me it sounded like she was implying she knows he's in. "Never say never" as in don't say he'll never play with GNR
-
Well I thought it was pretty funny
-
They're kind of in between a rock and a hard place when it comes to Coachella. Most of the general public only knows GNR up thru 1992, the catastrophe that was the VMAs, and the cautionary tale of CD. With the rumored lineup, it's in their best interest to play the greatest hits and hope to god they hit it out of the park and don't melt down like at RIR 4. Beyond Coachella, is anybody honestly psyched at the possibility of shelling out $250 a head to see them play, especially after what we got in 2014?
$250 is the most expensive tickets will be. Standard GA tickets will probably be a lot cheaper. And I saw GNR in 2014 and thought Axl sounded great, so yeah I would probably pay that much to see Axl and Slash share a stage again.
-
Isn't the Troubadour where the Appetite 5 played their first show? If it is then that's definitely where they should play
-
I think we all want to see him break out the skin tight leather pants

So much bitching and yet they haven't even announced the lineup yet. Even if they say Steven and Izzy are coming back they'll always find more things to bitch about

lol that's a screenshot I took from my iPad like last summer, glad they just take what I find though.
Also, we already discussed this and found out it doesn't mean anything

Some people just can't take good news. No matter what , they'll always look for the negative. Why can't we all just be pumped Axl and Slash will share a stage again instead of arguing over how they worded a sentence in a press release?

Pretty sure thats the "Appetite" guitar, no?
Appetite guitar had Zebra pickups and a flame maple body
-
So he's the 'founder' and they are merely 'former members'. What a dick move to put himself above them like that in the press release.
Why do people like you love bringing negativity into this? And if you want to get really technical, Axl had Guns N' Roses formed before Slash and Duff were in, so the press release is right
-
Axl doesn't alter his voice live, he'll just occasionally play a backing track to go along with his vocals, like in Chinese Democracy and Madagascar

The last time I stayed in Vegas I stayed at Hooters. Affordable, great food, and within walking distance to the Arena
