My favorite hiphop artist is without a doubt OutKast. I love everything they do, from Southernplayalistic to Idlewild.
Then would be Nas, really dig his lyrics, style and beats.

And then there's Kanye West. I hate his rapping style usually, but he's a hell of a producer. I don't know if I like him or not, I definitely like his beats.
There's also a list of MC's that I dig, but whose material I don't really like. Like Warren G, Raekwon, Lil' Wayne...

I honestly don't see any sort of problem with this. So they like a song and decided to cover it. Oh well. It doesn't affect anybody's status as a Pantera fan, it doesn't make the original version suck, and it doesn't make Pantera suck. So really, what's the fucking problem?

Oh shit.. I'm so gutted everytime 8th of December comes around. I was listening to the radio and I heard that a heavymetal guitarist has been shot, I don't know what the fuck got to me, but I immediately thought "Dime".
And then it was confirmed... I shed tears when it hit me, the man was a fucking hero to me, a true idol who I will never forget. A fucking A-class man.

You have a point there...but he did a pretty good job with it, and it seemed liked it was almost an emotional outlet for him. Very heartfelt part of the night.

Good band/group/whatever. My fav album is Discovery but I like Human After All as well. Except I can't stand listening to Technologic.... that voice.
I admit that can get quite annoying... I like the song however.
Anyone else?? You should really check out the Alive -album. Really great mashups there.

Awesome. I own Collected, which is a collection of their greatest hits. Shara Nelson's vocals are amazing. And Lithium, I think they're a bit too diverse of a band to be solely categorized as trip-hop. They incorporate plenty of different styles into their music.
Isn't trip hop though a fairly wide genre? Meaning that it can include a lot of styles.

I recently got their album Mezzanine. How fucking great is this, I already like Portishead but this is really cool. Having the hangover of a lifetime now and MA just calms my nerves perfectly.
