no offense but that stadium is a p.o.s.. and San Diego thinks Qualcomm is a dump
So what. I think its a cool not so little stadium. Probably better view, atmosphere than the bigger stadiums

That's what normal bands do though. GnR can't even release tour dates as normal bands do.
Metallica have been the same for many years now. Announcing single shows at a time to make up a tour.

Who is that and why should we believe it? Not be a naysayer, but there are so much rumours out there, don't really see why only single tweet would actually mean something?
Thought the same myself. Probably got it from alternative nation who probably got it from here

i wonder what way will they announce the euro tour ??
like the North American and Oceanic tour announcment where they will do a video and all the tour dates will be revealed or will they reveal the dates one by one spread over a couple of weeeks like the latin america tour ??
either way i just want euro dates
Hopefully the bulk of the dates are announced at the same time. Hate the trickle feeding of dates. Think they did it like that on 2012. Metallica tend to do it like that too.

Hopefully this is true, with Croke Park in July.

Dubai is on the tour page, but Bangkok is not. Wonder if it's been cancelled?
1 hour ago, Rubicon said:This would be a serious reason for cancelling my vacation next year. I mean, I get the grieving and all but cancelling a concert that would be in the end of February?
Maybe they have put back the announcement as a mark of respect. Still over 4 months till the rumoured date. Plenty of time to sell tickets

Pearl Jam for me. Them & GNR are the greatest.

I've never seen Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or Kazakhstan considered European countries by any definition.
They are when it comes to Football or Eurovision. But then again, Israel and Australia compete in that

in Ireland a spanner has been thrown in the works slightly (could affect other smaller countries too)
Coldplay have announced they will tour europe in 2017 and Ireland are one of the venues. So they will play 2/3 nights in big venues such as Croke Park, The Aviva or Slane
let them headline Slane so GNR can play Croker or Aviva
I think you are being very optimistic from a Coldplay point of view. Cant see them playing more than one Stadium show in ireland due to the fact that they couldnt sell 350000 tickets at the Phoenix park or 30000 at marlay park when they were probably at their height, nevermind 2 80,000 shows at croke park.

how much did it take you to understand what I initially had in mind? That;s why I said they could have played a larger venue like 40k instead of two of these with 20k...
Maybe they are gearing up for a mini arena tour betweem South America the the new year.

What was the name of the place in which they played in April?
Foro Sol. Its a baseball stadium much bigger

Din't they play at the same place in April?
Different venue. This is an indoor arena with upto 20000 capacity. Probably will be 2 shows.

could you explain me how is it possible that u2 sells out 3 times croke park to 250k..? I mean I get they are big but THAT big? or are you Irishmen really liking your native bands? How come Guns cannot come close to that in Ireland? AT least one croke park date...
Garth Brooks sold it out for 5 nights

Impossibile. European premier leagues are still going on in may.... No stadiums avaliable
Not quite true. Acdc, bon Jovi and I'm sure many others have started stadium tours in may. Some at the beginning of May. National stadium are available with most club stadium available from mid May.

Garth wont be here til 2018 the earliest
didnt knw the stones were touring europe in 2017 and maybe they might get the Slane headline slot.
If Slane is a no go for GNR i think the Aviva may be next in line
As long as its not in a park. I want a Stadium show. Hopefully the Avia.

Life is about to get good
Hopefully not Slane or Croke Park as i cant see them selling out those venues. Hoping for the Aviva.
