considering going to this, ive seen them twice...opening for bon jovi where the crowd was shit, and at reading and that was from a distance. Love their third album, how much are tickets?
I'm guessing about 20 quid.
Also, fail for going to see Bon Jovi, both of you. Apparently, Jon Bon Jovi tried to kick em off the tour when he listened to what they were like. They should have opened with Bodies in Flight to really fuck with them.
-

I was at the front for their Download set, pure insanity. Multiple guys were genuinely affected by the performance. One guy said "Thats fucking Faith No More up there"

Got me Biffy Clyro tickets for saturday in a tiny local theatre (secret warm up gig).
You lucky bugger, if I wasn't away this weekend I'd totally be going there. New songs sounding fantastic.
-
I'm going to Download, and I will be watching them. Dunno about the webcast cause I've never watched it before (first time they did it in 07, i was at Download). But from videos on Youtube, it seems pretty good quality, probably all down to your connection. And yeah, it is free and live.

Being a wannabe hipster person doesn't work on a GNR forum.

REALLY good album. I dismissed them as scene music when they first came out, but I put my snobbery aside when I heard how good
is. It is a great album, even the Streets-style vocals fit in well with the music.Favourite songs:
Not to mention The Jester

Not in this thread, meng.

Daddys Gone is really touching live. I saw em in Glasgow, and the place with situated with the type of people you'd see at an Oasis concert but once they played that song, everybody looked really into it. They also did a great version of SAD Light.

Gonna watch Withnail and I tomorrow night. I've got high hopes.

Some reviewer complained that 'Insane' glorified paedophilia.

I'm loving this album. It just might get me back into rap.
-
Opeth for sheer creativity.
-
Anyone know if Gallows latest album is any good? I heard Graves cause Simon Neil sings near the end, its pretty good.
I really don't listen to enough hardcore punk.
-
Not from this album, but I heard When I'm Gone for the first time today. What a fucking wonderful song! I've listened to it non-stop for an hour now.
Agreed. I heard that (along with the video) 2 days ago. Really good stuff.
I preordered Relapse and 21st Century Breakdown, and got an email that one of them has been posted. Hoping its Relapse
