Speaking of Slash, here's the rest of the old articles I came across translated. Some of these questions are just

I didn't translate all of it. There's a lot of talk about how he met Renee and how he broke up with her and how he cheated on her, but how he doesn't cheat anymore now (yeah, right). If anyone really wants to know about all that I can translate it, but I didn't think it was that interesting. He says he smokes two packs of cigarettes a day, he denies drinking two bottles of JD a day, he thinks AA group therapy is pretty pointless, says he nearly ended up in prison for a long time because of his substance abuse issues and woke up in hospital way too many times- and it was all so negative for him that he doesn't want to be reminded of it any further.

Why did your Manchester concert get cancelled?
It was only postponed and that was because all of us were completely tired and exhausted. It had nothing to do with Axl and Stephanie.

Yes, I talk to Axl and Duff about them.

Did Axl tell you that his father sexually abused him? (They're asking if Axl had already told him about that in the past, before he went to the media with it).
Yes, I knew about that. We've known each other forever and know each other very closely. There's so much going on around us that we simply have to talk to each other about stuff to deal with everything. We're normal guys and not machines who go on stage like robots to play.

Is Axl crazy?
Oh no, no. People just don't understand him because of all these rumours. But what are you supposed to do about that? He simply says what he thinks and does what he wants. By the way, I'm not all that self-confident either. I often have moments when I question everything. I'm pretty aggressive. But I take life as it comes and live in the moment. I try to solve all problems immediately so I don't get frustrated.

Would you like to have children?
Not as long as we're on tour. But yeah, I do want to have kids. I'd like to have a little girl. (I remember he originally mentioned wanting to have a daughter in his book too.)

I especially remember Steven saying about how he called his Mom and how she helped him realize it wasn't his fault. It's gotta be a horrible thing to wrap your mind around and, without the support system that some of the others had, I'm sure it was really difficult for Axl to process.

It's probably not the entire cause of some of the stuff we saw on stage at that time, but it was definitely another thing piled onto all of the other stuff that goes on in Axl's mind.

Oh Sorry!  I thought that the post of their wedding picture and the comment about Steph's son came after they were together. I didn't realize there was stuff before that.  There were just so many years of having no GNR news to keep track of I'm not used to having so much going on.

I'd like to see another Meegan-type for Axl, but that is me dreaming, because I somewhat like her. 

 I wonder if Megan's relationship with Slash has something to do with that. Everyone has a few "what if" moments about their exes and if your friend is now living in that "what if" world, it may look better than it is or be at least a little bit tempting to go there yourself. Not knocking Erin because Lord knows I've forgotten what tools my exes were from time to time.

Since he can be a little ummm.....unpredictable.....in his reactions yea, she had to have given some thought to him noticing her in the crowd. Or she knew it would be OK because of previous contact with him or his people.

After the 2011 concert, we started seeing a little more of Erin/GNR connections (although that may have just been because of more people on the internet/social media):  saying Axl didn't draw that graffiti on their garage, the auction, posting their wedding picture and so on......

Who would be the person to reach out to Erin as a last resort to help him in that time period??  I hope there was someone there trying to help him to that extent.

And I think they leave for Japan today...... check back later for the "Is Axl on the plane?" posts.  Love this band and their fans.

Oh God .....my brain just exploded a little.  Duff and Melissa 

I can't really see her as the "type" for any of them, but there's a first for everything. However, maybe...... if  Beta lets him....I can see Axl having some of his long conversations with her.

Don't feel bad -  I had to ask my 12 year old to explain  it to me.  According to her, she's trying to say that this whole experience is "epic" or "awesome".  

I'd love to see Duff and Melissa having an in depth conversation on a long flight.

Well, there are stories that Erin and Axl were in contact again a while ago so I thought that maybe she took the stuff down by her own choice because either:  

1) she wanted to be more of a part of Axl's life (especially seeing  Meeghan with Slash) and it didn't work out and she's pissed or---

2). She and Axl got some sort closure and she doesn't need that part of her life to follow her around anymore.
