They have three excellent albums - Tommy, Who's Next, Who Sell Out - and nothing else in ther back catalogue is worth a dick.

I met a guy who had Papa Roach, Drowning Pool and SOAD labelled as Death Metal on his iPod. I asked them why he had given them this particular nomenclature, and replied "Because they are moron!". Sigh.

I like Screamadelica by Primal Scream. I like some of the heavier guitar/acid house moments, but some of the cod-gospel moments make me cringe.

Feeder are clinically dull. Yes, they've managed to squeeze out a coupla' great songs, but the rest has been REALLY bad.

Echoes... the Best Of Pink Floyd

Pink Floyd are amazing - quite possibly my favourite band.

But they're not spectacularly talented or anything. They just managed to sound great with groundbreaking studio techniques, production and sound effects.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, ANIMALS is my favourite Pink Floyd LP, and I've listened to it everyday for a year. It's just too amazing for words.
