I don't like Metallica either. I used to think GNR were a gimicky act when I was a teenager, my only experience of them was seeing November Rain on the Kerrang tv station and thinking god this is a long video and that their clothes were sooooo not cool (I was a bit like those confused kids on the youtube vid who watch GNR for the first time - "why is he playing guitar in the desert?").

On a side note...I notice TB are posting pictures of their helicopter ride to and from the show last night while it looks like Slash drove there. As much as I love Axl, can honestly say it looks much more fun to take the long car ride with Slash and Meegan!

I was born in 1989 and it was my husband (also an 89 baby) who introduced me to GNR as he is a big Slash fan. Never cared for them much before then and honestly now I wish I had! Jealous we weren’t around back then! We are into classic rock and rock from the 90’s generally. Don’t have much time for the stuff that’s about these days.

Red hot chilli peppers are my first love...though I found last time I saw them live they were just sort of going through the motions and they seem to have lost their heart a bit. In comparison Axl and co are really rockin it

I think respect is the key thing. You just want to say to these people how would they feel if they just stepped off a 10 hour flight...you're tired and probably feel like you're not looking your best and then people are nagging you for a picture. Even non celebrities should relate to this. 

And yes those in tune vibes are great, especially if its with someone you really admire like that

me too, I would tell him the same and something like a handshake would be enough for me  (lol then I would go somewhere where no one could see me and freak out in private )

oh god that is so cringe...if I had a picture like that with him there's no way in hell it would even see the light of day. Poor Axl! I saw some pictures of him with people in the airport as they were leaving South America and he looks thoroughly fed up there too. Don't think I would ask for his photo if I saw him out and about like this...nor would I take creepy photos of him in the distance like I've seen a few people doing on instagram where he's in restaurants etc

totally agree, he needs to find a normal person who isn't high profile...which somehow I don't see happening  I did some LinkedIn stalking and seems massage lady is also into being a TV presenter  hopefully not another person with an ulterior motive.

I saw one of Fernando's Instagram stories ages ago that he did at one of the Canadian shows which massage lady was in, and at first I actually thought it was Sasha (and in my head was like noooo not her again). Plausible they could be dating, but then somehow I think not..

Oh god I forgot about the handlebar moustache! The moustache cornrows combo was bad too 

I think his hair just looks really thin, maybe it's an age thing. But someone get him a hair masque please! 

I think he looks a lot healthier these days though, he's looking better as the tour goes on. And more smiley on stage which is great!

lol realised when I listened back to it the second time he is talking about the psychic octopus that predicts who will win sports matches. Lol maybe Axl shared some vibes with the octopus...someone should get down there and ask if it thinks we are getting new music...
