Huh. You are a "new" fan, but joined 8 months ago, with 360 Posts already, but have not managed to listen to 6 albums, which are all just a click away?

Not everyone listens to new artists/music the same way. Got into them back in 2016 and listened to Appetite alone for the first three months I'd say and then ventured out from there. Didn't listen to CD for 1/2 years after I'd already considered GNR my favorite artist.

Doing the same thing with Marilyn Manson atm actually, really got into them and been listening since March but still haven't listen to at least 4/5 of the albums(although a bit different situation when he actually consistently releases music, and I've read that those albums aren't great).

The clip I heard from that soundcheck sure didn't seem like anything to get excited about. Maybe if Axl didn't sound like crap...

The chorus is where it's kicks in I think, definitely could be a pretty great GNR song with Slash/Duff input. Also, trying say a song as bad off a 15 seconds soundbite from a rehearsal doesn't make much sense when the full song is available and most who've heard it agree it's a pretty great song.

Yeah, camera work is great, and this is sounding good!

Slither was nice. RQ was right on par with NITL standards (some strong and some weak moments), same as YCBM. I'm really digging this! Sure, there are better Axl performances from 2016, but I think we will get to that eventually.

Camera work was done by Download Festival for TV as opposed to GNR's organisation, afaik. Probably explains why it's so high quality.

I really dont want to be mean but I dont know what this thread is about, who cares about age....as I said earlier she is a fabulous musician, looks really edgy and, I think anyway, fits the GnR of today.

I don't think most are necessarily disagreeing with that, heard some work she did for a video game in 2015 and was floored by it so I'm very happy she's in the band(didn't make the connection that it was her till a few years later).

But I definitely see why people are curious or find it strange that she may have potentially lied about her age. Not that I necessarily care about her age, just find it a little strange that she may have lied about it and in turn may have lied about the whole "next Taylor Swift" thing.

So she's actually Class of 2001 then?

If that's the case she must have lied about people planning on her being the next Taylor Swift so. She would've been 25 I think by the time Taylor would've been starting it out. Good article and was an interesting read, but all the (potential) lies seem a bit unnecessary.

She looks amazing for 38 if that is the case though

*Id be fairly surprised if the journalist and editors at a quality publication like RS would be so early duped on such basic info, so mystery solved as far as Im concerned. Shes 30 until the RS issues a correction.

Also mentions she wants to be they planned her to be next Taylor Swift which would make no sense at all if that link was accurate.

I never once suggested that drinking bleach couldn't kill someone. I'm just refuting the claim that President Trump told people to drink bleach. 3-4 replied saying that he did but not were unable to offer proof. Perhaps those are the trolls...

Well it is on video, so that's proof enough I'd imagine.

President Trump: drink water, it's good for you!

People like you: not-my-president is telling people to drown themselves!!!

That insult doesn't really work as well when drinking bleach can genuinely kill you.

Yeah, generally anything that gets pointed out anywhere but GN'R social media gets taken down immediately due to the trolls with nothing better to do.

Yeah, I wish people would stop posting things tbh. I feel a bit selfish cause I've found some pretty cool audio shows on YT and just can't tell anyone out of fear of them being pulled. But it's much better for the community to not say anything and hope people find it on their own. I managed to find the full Toyko 2009 show on YT with the badass Nightrain, thought I hit the gold mine. A week later someone posted it on the subreddit and it was gone within the hour. Haven't been able to get it again since.

Her career is literally just getting started. So only time will tell. I think it's a bit unfair to say who will or won't be played in a couple decades based on your apparent bias.

I know your not talking literally when you say her career is just getting started, but it's crazy to think she's been in the industry almost 5 years now. Some of her EPs from back when shes was like 15/16 and even younger amazing. So many good songs for someone so young.

Again, I am referring to him blaming the government for the 70,000 Deaths. China is the one responsible for all the death in the WORLD. Liberals would rather give them a pass and put all the blame on Trump so they can win the election.

Each individual government is very much responsible for how the virus is handled within their own country. The virus may have started in China, but China is not responsible for the downplaying and dismissal of the danger of the virus by Trump,  his administration, and the right wing media.

Every government is responsible for how the virus is handled in its own country. So no, its not China's fault that America has 1 million more cases than any other country in the world. It's very much Trump's and the GOP's fault. And it will also be their fault when this gets worse, considering their support for protestors and their support to reopen the country.

It genuinely baffles me how people can fall for this idea that America's terrible response to the problem can be blamed on China. Seems like it can be blamed on anything but Trump and his administration(btw, what terrible leadership of Obama to not have testing kits for a virus that didn't even exist at the time. How terrible of him to only leave Trump with three years to prepare for something like this. He should've prepared for the fact that Trump would cut funding to the pandemic response team. Damn lefties). I don't even consider myself left or right, but Trump(along with the GOP, and other left politicians) is responsible for this in America. We knew about this virus in January, and nothing was done about it in America till the end of March.
