ok, ask him if there is any truth to the 3 cd set
also, what does he like better? catcher in the rhye, better, twat, or IRS
-
who called?
-
playing comfortably numb, im betting this means Slash is back
dont you just love being a gnr fan
well, at least they redeamed themselves for playing velvet revolver by playing pink floyd
-
anything yet?
-
i hate having to re tune, thank god my new amp has a god-like tuner built in
-
just curious if anyone could supply me with a powertab for AC/DC - Stiff Upper Lip . cant find it anywhere
-
old logo in the middle, slash in one corner, and a promo picture with everyone cut out but Axl, Duff, and Slash in the other corner, is it REAL?
The short answer is, no.
The long answer is, hell no.
the even longer answer.....wow, some people cant understand marketing, so here is a crash course: people remember the old band, and non-fans will see this and think "hey, i saw them before, well, ill pay the admission" and then spend the money and feel fucked over (which they shouldnt, the New and Improved GNR will rock the fuckin house)

I prefer him making movies to singing. Just my opinion.
I would somewhat tend to agree. His music is good, but The Devil's Rejects is a supreme film, possibly the best outright horror movie in over a decade. If we're counting horror-comedies, then Shaun of the Dead is the best.
House of 100 corpses was excellent as well, very underrated
couldnt agree more, its very rare to see a film/ filmmaker willing to make a film that people want to see nowadays. somebody in hollywood has to have the balls to make a real horror/exploitation film. Im really looking forward to Rob's next film. Rob showed promise in House Of 1000 Corpses, but he hit the ball out of the park with The Devils Rejects.
one more thought......has anyone else seen his episode of cribs? damn, that would be my dream house
*edit* forgot to mention that new new album is, of course, very good.

I voted for Shakira day personally. I'd rather watch her than Guns anyday.
fag
How does wanting to watch the lovely Shakira make someone a 'fag'?
http://rockinrio-lisboa.sapo.pt/index.html?lang=ptthat one GN'R's day is losing, so vote there.
Oops that may be my fault. Got a Shakira overload and voted 903 times.
Sorry.
well, at least we know who the real gnr fans are.....

I knew id found my favourite band.
Me too
me also, a friend of mine let me borrow his GH album (after id heard WTTJ in his car about 50 times), and i was hooked. at this point in my life, i didnt listen to music much. i had never truely found anything that fit me. thanks to gnr im now a guitarist and a classic rock fan. its becuase of gnr that i discovered bands like Queen and Aerosmith. and its also thanks to gnr that i spend my time dreaming of CD and a US tour. rock2

If they make posters, I want one. I have a framed collection in my loft.
i agree, that logo would look freakin awsome on my wall. heh, i know ill end up with as many gnr products as i can buy when they start to sell.

Slash looks a little freaked out in the first pic.
Strange, strange site.
wow, anyone else notice that duff is waering the same shirt in both pics?
i cant help but believe this, i mean, why would this guy lie? also, it backs up a couple of recent rumors.
-
well, even though i have learned not to trust everything in the gnr world, this makes me very happy. and i love that pic of axl.those braids have really grown one me

It is hard to argue against that when Axl sings, "Is that star-dust on my feet?" in The Blues.
STAR-DUST?????
Yes, it is, Axl, and it is proof that you've gone soft!!!
And an added editorial: with as soft as Axl is getting based on the demos, how long till he starts releasing
Kenny Rogers-esc albums, i.e., "Axl Sings Lame Love Songs and Ballads with Celine Dion." My bet is by 2010, that is what he'll be doing. Having the occasional November Rain / Don't Cry is cool, but I hear mostly wuss tracks on these demos.
Peace,
Screetcher
XOXO
there is a velvet revolver section for people that live in the past and cant mature as a person/musician. go there

thanks for contacting him madison.
heh, i cant wait till merck can give us some good news.and these 2 word responses are very informitive

they were in buffalo(less than 2 hours away from me) on the 17th. i was really pissed that i couldnt get a ride(i cant drive yet, only hae my permit), being my second favorite, i feel a need to see the remaining members of queen. plus, the return of the champions dvd is freakin awesome, so i dont mind see ing them withought freddy. freddy was one of the best, but im glad the other band members are not letting their talents go waste
edit: just curiuous, if anyone can get me a bootleg to the bufallo show, id apretiate it. i heard there was a torrent for it.
