He lived a life we can only dream of. Rest easy, Charlie.

    True.

    Deaths are different.

    Depends on age, circumstances, etc.

Beat throat cancer decades age, 2004.

Passed away at 80 years elderly. Lived a full, rich life. Rich, I just do not mean his financial worth, but rich in one wife, etc.

One real job too, lol. 55 years or so as RollingStones drummer, drummer for his company, lol.

Truly a celebration of a full, well rounded, complete, rich life .

    Good pictures from thedailymail.

  2. Best thoughts to Darryle, Bernard, The Lovely Lisa.
Best thoughts to Mick, Keith, Ronnie.

Very best thoughts toMrs. Shirley, Seraphina ,  and her family. Mrs. Shirley and Charlie made their marriage work. That was a best gift they could give their daughter.

I saw Stones on SteelWheels tour and  a 1990s tour. Both LASuperdome.

RS tour holds the rank as biggest the biggest attendance crowds there pulling in around 80,000 each tour .Only SuperBowls there at theSuperdome have had biggest attendance crowds of around 80,000.

What a feel, what a groove! He can’t be replaced.. I was hoping to see the Stones in their 60th anniversary next year but now I just hope they fulfill their contractual obligations this fall with Steve Jordan and then call it a day

Yes. Honoring Charlie and all things must come to an end.

  4. HBO has a really good concert  show, very entertaining by Bruce .  It is called Western Stars, his new music. Good music. Reflective.

Music fits this age and stage in his life. Bob Clearmountain is  a producer of the show. Musical arrangements by Patti  the Mrs.

    Check it out.

  5. It is on now , 9 to 11 , CST. I am going to try to watch the whole show, but I will probably fall asleep again.

Zutant, Goldstein, MickWall, LesleyJones, even VickyHamilton adding commentary, ok.
Some woman looking 90 years from Axl, high school, like WTF.

Digging up people like this is not cool or necessary. They really do not know anything or can add anything.

The last half hour with Goldstein, Zutant talking CD cd and post GnR.

And intro of Thee Betta in his life and her family of three children as his siblings and you know the rest.

    The Rock in Rio Show.
    And on today. The comeback.

  6. Birthday is April 8.  He is in the 58 -60 year old age group.

Over 50 to 55 is all the same age. 55-60 is all the same age  and so on.

Getting older sucks. Hitting 50  and on, older.

GnR are indeed getting old. This is rich coming from my mid50 self.

Serious those 5 former degenerates from 35 years ago made it. Forming in mid1980s, hitting paydirt  , and today, still being alive unlike many, so  many of those they knew from way back when to now, Axl, Duff, Slash, Matt, Steven, Izzy are all extremely lucky.

  7. REELZ network could not have done this better.:P

The fan who made this really did a nice, high quality, accurate, time consuming project. I mean high quality in content. Yes the footage is faded, blurry, but it was from the 1980s . Someones’ camcorder.  Pulled from MTV. Nothing in the film is defamatory. Nothing like that.

Takedown crew. Ahhh, power trippers. I am still lost on that. They once even in e took down  Megan’s concert vid off her Instagram. Like excuse you, but she sleeps with the boss.

Izzy certainly could not care  or is even aware so if he does not care to take it down, no one else should.
It is good this is still up on yt.
