Well Axl did record the bridge in Monsters on Christmas Eve.. so maybe we will get a Christmas surprise? I'm not holding my breath but that would be a nice surprise. It would be a good song to hear for people who have a hard time with holidays due to emotions from shit they deal/dealt with.

All I'm saying is that I believe Fernando when he said bad pressing caused the delay. I do know about the pressing issues, and I understand you can fit that length of music on a 7 inch vinyl. These two songs though with the amount of layers they have, on top of the length, I could totally see them having pressing issues. I believe the songs were leaked from the bad vinyl pressing, the sound is dead on with a bad press/distorted vinyl.

I have PROOF that it very well could sound like shit.. IRS, Prostitute and some others are almost unlistenable on the CD vinyl. To many layers and not enough space for the vinyl. The CD vinyl should have been on 3 records instead of just the two.

I'm sure even November rain doesn't have as many layers as these two songs.

I believe the story that the vinyl has been delayed due to bad a bad pressing. I think the leak is from the bad pressing. Anyone that has heard a bad pressing or just a worn out vinyl record would probably agree. This even happened with Chinese Democracy. The pressing I have I.R.S. and Prostitute are almost unlistenable. Vinyl doesn't take well to recordings with 'a lot of layers'. So it makes sense they had a hard time getting a good press on a 45. Maybe Mellissa had to go help Brain and Caram change the mix for a new pressing? lol. The official released digital version will be epic on a good sound system. Cant wait!

He did Absurd and Hard Skool. Went on his webpage and no mention of being with them now..not sure if he has no involvement anymore but sure seems like it.

Is Caram still with the band? I had seen Richard Fortus post that they had a new FOH mixer, which was one of his jobs with the band. Could that be part of the delay, perhaps?

The thing about 'The General' is that if and when it comes out it will have a different name anyways. Brain said it was a working title based on the band eating Generals chicken at the time....so yea 100% fake.
