  1. Sorry, fair enough, I missed that, do you have a link to the supposed studio version of Slither?
  2. You're the first person I have heard that their is a version at "the ready" of Slither.
  3. Yeah maybe , buy theres not much continuity, is there? All the single sound different, different mixing different sound. These two songs sound EXACTLY what CD with Duff and Slash should sound like, in my opinion. But we get wanky riffs on hard skool and sweet home alabama on perhaps.
  4. It's slick as fuck! I don't know, but i get the impression they completely reworked Hard Skool? And I think it sucked, it sounded like Hollywood Rose, where it should have sounded like Better part 2. Axl is great on that track and everything else, except for the solo, is wank compared to the demo. This sounds like a nugnr track with Slash and duff tastefully adding their input, not completely reworking the songs from the drums up (which they might have done, but it doesn't sound like that, if so, great work!). It's how the CD stuff should be treated and they have done an amazing job on these tracks.
  5. Chris, the leak I am listening to isn't low quality. Why don't you get in touch? Cos I owe still own $5.
  6. Would you say the same about Rocket Queen? That's basically two completely different songs.
  7. I can't say I'm expert on Fortus, he seems to be able to do everything, but lacks a specific style or sound. But to my ears Slash and Fink have very distinctive tones and phrasing and nothing hear screams Finck to me.
  8. It's the best work the current line up have released so far, it'd be fucking nuts to not release it on streaming, but that doesn't mean they won't.
  9. Yeah, reminds me of American Man, which I think is on one of Slash's best solos.
  10. I don't know what guitar part you're referring to, but the solo at the end is 100% Slash to my ears.
  11. The best answer for you is it's one song and two songs at the same time. Kind of like Schrodinger's cat.
