Hope someone rips CD version... I haven't had a CD player in 10 years

Oh, I've missed this one compleatly. How is that version compared to vinyl rip on YT? This one -

Are we listening to same vinyl rip? Original digital version is clipping like crazy on almost every bassdrum kick, but vinyl rip has almost no clipping...

Did u listen to it? It's weird but this rip seems to sound better in every way unlike vinyl rips I've heard before, which like U said always sounded warmer, but without so much high end. Makes me think we got some major fuck up with digital release All the answers are in this thread already

90% yes, this is how I guess song was meant to be released, but someone fucked something up with this digital release

Makes no difference... mix is just clipping like crazy, because... well, it's mixed like that. Mind boggling how can someone approve release of this

1) I love the song and that's the reason why I hate the way mix sounds... it could be so much better with decent mix and master. Just listen to it back to back with any other properly mixed track 2) Apple version is the same as on other digital platforms 3) I think my 2 sets of studio monitors or Senheiser headphones are just fine

Hearing loss usually starts with loosing the hearing in high frequancies.., and the clipping is pretty high pitched... you should be worried

Hard to believe this, because there should be same mix on all platforms and there's nothing a platform can do if handed in bad product. Anybody else have Apple music and can verify this?

I agree with - will not be done Just listened to Death Magnetic single... brickwalled to max, but still somehow listenable unlike The General

Perhaps sounds good to my ears, Absurd ir pretty ok also... HS is much worse, drums sounds like cheap drum machine and then there is The Clipper... worst sounding mix by any major band out there
