No, Perhaps doesn't have any clipping and the mix is much better overall. Any GNR previous release doesn't have any digital clipping I'm pretty sure Axl didn't work on this song for years for it to be released in this kind of condition

The mix itself is not good, but the clipping is for sure an error that can be fixed in minutes and the song just should be reuploaded to digital platforms

I think this deserves a seperate thread... The General digital release mix is clipping like crazy and it's for sure not meant to be like that. Problem seems to be with the bassdrum. No idea how it got released like this, but it needs to be fixed

Totally agree - I love the song, but the drum clipping in choruses is just unlistenable. And the song could have been waaay better with some decent mixing and mastering... it just sounds thin and no power
